Have been a long term customer. Took F150 in at 9:30 to have engine fault code checked and repaired. I have been a service customer at Larry Miller Ford for several years now. I took my F-250 for an oil change today and my service advisor, Christopher, was great. A small issue required a call from the service manager, Seth, who was able to resolve the issue and I was very pleased with the outcome. I keep returning to Larry Miller Ford, because out of the three Ford dealerships in my vicinity, I have had the best experiences at Larry Miller. It’s not as fancy or flashy as some of the others, but I do feel like they are focused on providing good customer service. More
