This is our 4th new car in 25 years of marriage and this was truly the BEST experience; price wise and deliverance of committments. Amazing, truly. My partner and I actually purchased 2 Ford Flex's from Berge Ford at the same time. We spent almost $46,000. Both of these cars had some issues that were not addressed during their "inspection" Berge Ford at the same time. We spent almost $46,000. Both of these cars had some issues that were not addressed during their "inspection" before placing them on the lot to re-sale. Once I had time to have my car looked at for these issues(about 60 days after purchase) I was told that it was past the 30 day window and I was now financially responsible for having these issues repaired. I received the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE with everyone in the service department when trying to work through "who was responsible" for the repairs. The only thing that Berge would fix was the alignment on my car and as the Used Car Sales Manager said, "it's a courtesy because you purchased 2 cars." This was my third purchase with Berge Ford and I promise it will be the last. I plan on using the "free oil change" but I have NO intentions of utilizing Berge Ford's service for any of my car's maintenance. I am a disabled veteran and work for the VA. I plan to tell everyone that I come in contact with that Berge Ford has the worst customer service and never purchase a vehicle. Customer More

The service sucked. My truck doesn't work right. And u guys don't want to make it right. Pathetic!!!! It never went through the multi point inspection like they promised. I've spent hundreds just trying to get it into normal working condition. My radio doesn't work right the brakes were almost illegal when I got it. Oil was over due for a change and the air filter was so clogged that it would of been better with out one. I got ripped off big time and think its said you guys don't want to do anything about it.. It was like pulling trying to get the brakes legal and actually working!!!!! More
Let's see, Ford hands out recalls for a manufacturing defect they created yet we cannot expect a rental car for the inconvenience. This is why I drive an Audi. I was told only if the vehicle is not able to be driven will they provide a rental car. Technically I am not able to drive it since it's in their possession. I had to load my bike in the back of the car and bike to work. Also, when the vehicle was picked up, it was completely dirty inside. We recently had a dust storm and it looked like they left the windows open. Why would you return it to the customer in that condition? I have never owned an American car so maybe this is type of normal service to expect. I am used to being treated like a valued customer. More

When I first visited Berge Ford in Mesa I was just “window shopping” at the time and was pleasantly surprised that I was not being hounded by any sales reps there, but when I d Ford in Mesa I was just “window shopping” at the time and was pleasantly surprised that I was not being hounded by any sales reps there, but when I did have any questions they were very happy to help me. Billy love was my first sales rep. and he was awesome! He knew I was not there to buy a vehicle that day, but still was very attentive and a personable gentleman. After a month or so I went back with my husband and right away Billy recognized me (I think this is a great quality of any sales person!). He treated my husband and I like he knew us for years and made the experience of buying our first car a great one. More
Mr. Russell and Mr. Baker used my 2002 Thunderbird for 4 years. I told them on the first visit that the problem with overheating looked like a thermostat. I was told on numerous visits that they could not d years. I told them on the first visit that the problem with overheating looked like a thermostat. I was told on numerous visits that they could not duplicate the problem. Every time I drove the car it overheated until the thermostat unstuck. They replaced the cooling fan twice and replaced the exploded coolant bottle twice. They replaced the hydraulic pump for the fan also. When I asked for a factory rep, I was told not to bring my car back even though it was under warranty. They also told every dealer in the valley not to service my car and that I was a disgruntled customer. Ford Motor Company protected Berge Ford by saying they were a private business and they could not make Berge Ford honor a Ford Motor Company warranty. The Arizona BBB tried to get me to sign a paper saying that they would arbitrate and I would have to give up all legal rights no matter what the decision. A year later San Tan Ford opened and they replaced the thermostat and I never had another problem. I have all garage receipts, letters, emails, and pictures to document to prove what happened. More
I was impressed that they put new tires on the used car we purchased even though we didn't ask for them. They thought the car needed it and took great care to send us home in a quality car.
