Bad Experiance They do not deserve 1 star for buying a new car. I was approved for a base model Focus. The grey models are hard to find. The one they found for me I They do not deserve 1 star for buying a new car. I was approved for a base model Focus. The grey models are hard to find. The one they found for me I went through the process and was ready to go home and three of them came out and said they would not hold a check from my brother for one week. They then took the car back and refused to give me a ride home. Three of them Accused me of something I did not hear about the down payment. And nobody had sympathy of the misunderstanding . Me an my brother did not hear what they were accusing us of. The finance manager out right refused to give me a ride home because he did not want to work overtime. I live 60 miles from them and had to pay a taxi to take me home. They sold the car then a few days later I told them to get the grey one would be in on Nov. 29. they found a new car quickly and had it for 5 days (I guess) and sold it too! They said they could not get anything but a white or silver one . I asked the interior color, and Gary replied I could only get a white exterior and that was all. They also wanted the $2000.00 dollar down payment in cash only. They wanted to come and pick me up and would not even take me to Walmart to get the cash. Typical car salesmen. They want to sell you something you do not want, and expect you to be happy! They need to be put in their place because they are not professional. Do not do any business with them they are crooks! Since moving here a year ago I was soooo fortunate to deal with Nicolette when Just want to send kudos to Nicolette Dunn in your service Department. Since moving here a year ago I was soooo fortunate to deal with Nicolette when i bring my car and truck in for service/maintenance. She always greets me in an outgoing friendly manner and takes the time to explain everything to me. She also takes the time to sincerely help me if I have a question or don't understand something. Great Service Center and Advisor I have been a customer of Berge Ford for 14 yrs and David Harney has been my advisor for most of that time period. He has always looked out for my be I have been a customer of Berge Ford for 14 yrs and David Harney has been my advisor for most of that time period. He has always looked out for my best interests and helped me and my husband with our vehicles. We have never been steered to the wrong repairs or had to wait for a lengthy time period to get our Escapes back. We Love David Harney! The only thing I am not happy with is the fact that your shuttle service now operates on a first signed in basis, first dropped off. I live 1 mile from Berge and had to ride to Falcon Field before the shuttle would take me home to Southern & Horne! What a waste of gas for Berge Ford and my time! Berge had it right with the old drivers. More
