Booked in for 12 noon on Wednesday. Called next day and next day. They didn't start on it til Saturday. Meanwhile the car sat and got dirty for a week and 2 days. Not happy. More

No communication my vehicle was there for a service issue and no one can tell me what was wrong with it. Kept getting different responses from their service team. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hr. It was 2 hrs. No empathy. Did not go over the billing. Had to ask what the recommendation was from the text. We had the works and had to ask what It was 2 hrs. Usually get a print out of what all is covered. Hope they improve as we have always been Ford owners. More
The visit was not the best experience. Took too long. 2.5 hours for an oil change. Then I had to go and find the truck to see if a as done.
