Working with Katlynn Artz in the service department was truly an enjoyable experience. She explained the congestion, in progress construction and upcoming construction at the dealership. Katlynn is a good listener and intelligently answered any questions I had. I explained an issue I was experiencing with my mew truck and Katlynn immediately pointed out the issue as I opened the door to show what the issue was. We worked together to make a future appointment to have the issue addressed at a convenient time for me. She made a very good first impression as this was my first visit to this service department. LHM is lucky to have a quality person like Katlynn. To the service performed, I had the fuel filters replaced as this was a 15k mile recommendation by Ford. I was disappointed to first smell diesel fuel in the engine compartment, then finding there no attempt to clean up the fuel spilled after the filter was replaced. My expectation is the engine compartment be clean after any maintenance. This also applies to any other service performed on the vehicle. I would hope this is a one off oversight be the technician. More
