2004 Expedition - Replaced Engine I just want to say Nick Wheeler was very professional - the service by mechanic was not. The vehicle was returned to us with things still disconnected, items broken, when asked to fix, was told we didn't need them or they were no longer available from Ford. Hoses were crossed over each other that would cause problems in the future. I have purchased all my vehicles at this location and always brought my vehicles there for repair. This time, I was very dis-satisfied!! Very!! The mechanic gave several excuses that either made no sense, or was just a lie. I think he assumed we did not know what we were talking about, but he is wrong and there are several mechanics in my direct family. We take care of our vehicles and would like a reliable, honest, economic mechanic. This was not the case! More
Air conditioner problems When my air conditioner went out Tim Drake help me with getting it fixed. My Ford Edge has 104,000 miles on it and on a day that it was 110 degrees. Throughout the years I have had very positive experiences interacting with their service department and their body shop. I also observed their engagement in our community, providing support for many worthy causes. Earlier this year I advised Berge of my intent to get a new car this summer. This month I told them I was ready.. I was extremely satisfied once again by the whole process. My sales representative was Scott Jones and he handled things very well as did every other staff member involved in the transaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Berge to anyone. It is refreshing to work with a dealer who cares about you after you get your new car and who continues to be a visible and positive presence in the community. I love my new car which is a 2017 Ford Escape! More
