First contacts were with Latham Aldrich regarding my damaged Ford Ranger P/up, and Karen Gruettke, the receptionist in the Service/Body Shop Center. They were extremely helpful, and did everything they could to assure me that the truck would be thoroughly evaluated, and they kept me up to date on the progress with truck's damage and our Insurance Co. - Hartford. As this was my first experience with an accident (that was my fault) without the knowlegeable assistance of my husband, who was hospitalized and in serious condition following a scheduled surgery, I greatly appreciated their friendly assistance and caring attitude! I met Mike Williams when it was determined that the truck had sustained greater damage than was first realized, and the Insurance Co. declared it a total loss. Latham explained the rationale for this determined loss better than the Hartford people did! He introduced me to Mike. I told Mike what our preferred relplacement choice was, and how much money we could put with the amount Hartford would offer. Mike started looking right away for a "Focus", preferably light in color. Hartford paid us a really fair amount - the truck had been a custom order by the first owner and had a number of undamaged "goodies" on it. We were the 2nd owner. Mike and his team foud us a beautiful metallic blue '08 "Focus", and had it ready in record time. Our sincere thanks to each of these people and their teams of employees who made what initially appeared to be a record disaster to us personally a truly good experience with minimal confusion and hassle. We are really happy with the "Focus" - it is what we had talked about getting a while back because of our physical limitaions. All our needs and expectations were met. THANK YOU! More
We were very pleasantly surprised at how honest, and up front these guys were. Having been through the car buying process too many times to count, We were completely prepared for the the long haul of the front these guys were. Well, there was none of that @ Berge Ford. We obtained our own online financing and Tom @ Berge said that he could beat their interest rate and loan amount. I am thinking, "yeah, right, they are gonna let us take this vehicle home and then call in two days to tell me that the financing fell through so now we need to put XXX $ amount of money down and all that b.s." That is NOT what happened. We signed the papers, left the dealership and four days later we came back to sign the loan documents and that was that!! There were no xtra or hidden costs listed on our RISD, and Tom even got us better financing than he or we expected. I am recommending Berge Ford to everyone we know, because I want everyone to have the same experience we did. It will totally change your mind about dealerships!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO TOM AND RICK! WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH OUR NEW EXPLORER AND OUR DOG IS THRILLED TO HAVE SO MUCH SPACE! More
Once again this was a wonderful purchasing experience. Quick, fair and no haggling games. This is the 6th vehicle we have purchased at Berge Ford, both new and used. Our sales representative, Jason Herritz, is a wiz on the Sync technology. He took a great deal of time training my husband and I on the usage of the menus and voice commands. He was helpful and knowledgeable without pressuring us to purchase. I love our new car, and highly recommend Berge Ford to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle, or just looking for a hometown service center. More

Billy was amazing! I was so discouraged about the type and quality of vehicle I would be able to get because of how horribly I was treated by SanTan Honda. He helped me find the perfect vehicle and worked tirelessly with financing until we came to a payment I could afford for the vehicle I fell in love with! Richard Fetech was also fantastic and helped me get the extra coverages I needed like GAP insurance for a reasonable price. My dad has purchased his last two vehicles at Berge Ford and swears by them. The entire staff were friendly and had a "can do" attitude. Although my credit was not the best after having lost my home to a layoff, they treated me like a VIP customer. I would recommend Berge Ford to EVERYONE! Dan Emmons has made buying a car fun again. I recently have gone through some hard financial circumstances and Tom Smith and Dan Emmons made the process of buying a car actually enjoyable. I had been to 2-3 other dealerships and felt unimportant to their staff and had almost given up. Tom and Dan got me into a loan that I am very comfortable with and into a cute red convertible Mustang that makes me feel 20 years younger. I feel like they are real people that really cared about me and my circumstances. I have been recommending Berge Ford to my friends and co-workers ever since. More
Wow I can't say enough great things about our buying experience at Berge ford with Rick. I phoned about a vehicle they had on their website. They confrimed it was still available. I let them know I would be down to loook and drive it. When we arrived the salesman I had spoken to was busy but he had already lined up someone else to work with us. They were upfront and no pressure sales. Take as long as we wanted test drive and just were so pleasent. When it came to price I had already done my research on the vehicle and it was under priced from kelly blue book. We got a great deal and they even threw in the dashmat for free. They got us the best finance rate and explained everything completly. I will be going back to Berge ford for my future purchases. Thanks Berge ford and Rick Hargrove for a job well done. More

When I read all of the reviews (yes, all of them) I decided that this was the place I wanted to purchase my vehicle from. I contacted the dealership by email, and received a prompt reply that Jason Herritz would contact me, and he did. I made an appt to see him, and he greeted me promptly and he had an Explorer ready for me to test drive. I asked him many questions, and he had a satisfactory answer for each one. When I left the dealership that day, I was pleased that no pressure was exerted to buy that moment. I called Jason the next day to meet with him and have my husband drive another Explorer, the one I drove was not the one I wanted, and we agreed that this could be the one to buy. When we told Jason that were interested, he gave us the facts on the financing and we began the bargaining process. When Marc Mereness joined us to finalize the deal, he could not have been more helpful and even fun! Richard Fetech finished the application process and gave us the service info, the keys and other instructions to help us enjoy our new SUV to the fullest. I would definitely purchase my next vehicle at Berge! More

We took 2 cars for a test drive, we drove far so we could see pros and cons of both...at Ricks suggestion.
