2004 Expedition - Replaced Engine I just want to say Nick Wheeler was very professional - the service by mechanic was not. The vehicle was returned to us with things still disconnecte I just want to say Nick Wheeler was very professional - the service by mechanic was not. The vehicle was returned to us with things still disconnected, items broken, when asked to fix, was told we didn't need them or they were no longer available from Ford. Hoses were crossed over each other that would cause problems in the future. I have purchased all my vehicles at this location and always brought my vehicles there for repair. This time, I was very dis-satisfied!! Very!! The mechanic gave several excuses that either made no sense, or was just a lie. I think he assumed we did not know what we were talking about, but he is wrong and there are several mechanics in my direct family. We take care of our vehicles and would like a reliable, honest, economic mechanic. This was not the case! More
Air conditioner problems When my air conditioner went out Tim Drake help me with getting it fixed. My Ford Edge has 104,000 miles on it and on a day that it was 110 degrees.
