Customer service within the service department has been so disappointing. I am usually one to never leave reviews. I realize they are just a matter of opinion. But, I have continually had poor experiences so disappointing. I am usually one to never leave reviews. I realize they are just a matter of opinion. But, I have continually had poor experiences with the service department. Not just one time, multiple times. There is zero communication about the status of your car. They are almost impossible to reach via phone. I am promised that they will communicate and deliver by a certain time. That never happens. I understand that sometimes service takes longer. That would be just fine if that was communicated to me. Instead, no one contacts me, Granted, this is primarily been my experience with one particular service agent. Very disappointing! Enough that I would never buy a car there again. More

I setup an appointment to have an oil change. I asked if they would diagnose why my low oil warning alert would trigger intermittently during the summer months. I sat in the waiting room for I asked if they would diagnose why my low oil warning alert would trigger intermittently during the summer months. I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours. at closing time I was told that it was fixed and I asked about the oil change and was told that it was paid for by some pre paid bundle or something like that. I started home and the low oil pressure alert flashed on the dash. I checked the oil life meter and it had not been reset. the window sticker had not been changed. I called and made an appoint for thw whole day (giving them time to fully diagnoswe the issue.. I had not received a call by 5:30pm so I went to the dealership. after waiting for almost 2 hourrs i was told that the oil pressure switch and pigtail was replaced. still no word on the oil change... driving home I got the low oil pressure alert again. the next day I looked at the oil filter. it has not been changed and the oil on the dipstick is filthy. the "pig tail' had not been replaced. NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE AT ALL. HUGE FAIL More
Dealership does not take responsibility for when they damage people vehicles. Service manager is so unprofessional my mind exploded & the rest of the employees are not on the same page because you get a damage people vehicles. The dealership is Very nice. However the Service department can be abit more attentive to customers would be appreciated. Twice I went and had to either wait more than 5 minutes before they acknowledged me or when I walked up I was given the cold shoulder. I rate my over all score of 10 based on the good work the mechanics do and the dealership as a whole. However the service department can use some classes with being more attentive to customers when they arrive. Thank you. More
They took 2 hours and I had to ask for my car and not only that they didn’t do the oil change and the light for oil change is on and the sticker on the window is still with the old oil change.
