I scheduled my service and sent my car 2 days before so they'd have it and I thought it was taken care of. So fri and sat I called to find out the status due to no response from anyone there and both calls they'd have it and I thought it was taken care of. So I asked to speak to the manager and he was busy and apparently too busy to call me back. I showed up on the following Tuesday to crack some skulls and the just said a guy had quit on them. I'd been calling and no one cared to look into it and get back to me. So finally almost a week later they put it in for simple work to be done, but it still wasn't completed until Thursday late afternoon. Friday I reached out by email and text but nothing. Finally at 5 I got through to them that it was done and I picked it up on Sat 1.5 wk later. That was giving me their highest customer service. More

Went there for a simple oil change, they tried to charge me $185 to “check “ for an oil leak, then another thousand dollars to fix the oil leak. The communication with the service department was absolutely nonexistent. We waited three weeks to get your truck fixed And had to call to find out if the part had even been delivered yet. After 3 days (we thought the car was stolen at this point since the drop off key box did not look safe) we were finally able to speak with someone on the phone, and they couldn’t if even tell us what was going on. They said they’d call back, but didn’t. We called the next day, and nothing was done on car after 4 day at the dealership. The recall letter says that the dealerships have the parts to fix the car, yet we were told that you have to order the parts to fix it, we can pick up the car and you’d call us back when the parts are in. I bet you would not call back! Plus, we didn’t have to wait for 4 days to find that out. More
