Bait and hook! Bought a new 2012 F250. Love the truck, and love Ford in general. Regret working with LHM Ford Provo, Utah. They sold me a service where I prepaid for Bought a new 2012 F250. Love the truck, and love Ford in general. Regret working with LHM Ford Provo, Utah. They sold me a service where I prepaid for my oil changes. Then when I tried to use them, I was informed that they had expired. This is a second vehicle for me so I don't drive it a whole lot, but now I am being screwed. If they don't want to honor their offer, then why don't they refund what I prepaid. How do you prepay for something that they won't honor? Not a lot of money here, but the principle of the whole thing will change where I buy my next Ford. Seems like the customer is just a statistic at LHM. You guys will miss out on all my purchases and many of whom I will spread the word. All over a couple hundred dollars....hope it is worth it to you! More

Warranty work I would like to commend the folks at Larry Miller Ford. I had traveled to Sedona Az, from Montana. Once in Az, I noticed the rear pinion seal was le I would like to commend the folks at Larry Miller Ford. I had traveled to Sedona Az, from Montana. Once in Az, I noticed the rear pinion seal was leaking. I attempted to get someone at the two Ford Dealerships in the area to assist me, but neither was willing. One did not return a phone call, and the other made every excuese not to help. Frustrated I called Larry Miller, and spoke with Berk. Berk was willing to help out and do what he could to get my vehicle fixed. I traveled 8 hours, got my vehicle into the service department at 0830hrs and it was done by 1100hrs. With the service I received I would drive from Montana to Larry Miller Ford to purchase a vehicle when the time comes. More
Great Service, Great Cars I was going in to just look at a 2013 Focus. I was greeted at the door, by name, by Lynnette. I had told her what I was interested in. The first one she showed us, my son was with me, was a 2014 Focus Titanium in a beautiful darker red color. It was fully loaded with everything I could ever want. She told us about the rebates that were available right then. We decided to test drive it. I was very impressed with the car, and wanted to know how much they would give me on a trade-in, and what payments would be. I was still just looking, but Lynette was very friendly and happy to work all the numbers for me. With all of the rebates and my trade-in, it was a really good deal. I loved the car and so did my son. Lynnette offered us a drink while we waited for the numbers, and was very friendly. I decided to buy the Focus, so she got all of the papers for me to sign. When we were done, she took us back to Cooper for the financing. He too was very friendly and nice. It all went very smoothly. He told me about all the great things the LHM offer with my purchase. I was very impressed with that. Overall, it was a great, fun experience. I defiantly would recommend LHM to anyone interested in looking for a car or truck. More
I brought my car in for 15,000 mile service. I told my service advisor that I wanted to wait for my car, so he put 2 techs on a job that normally takes 2 hours and I had my car early. I have always had a positive experience with the maintenence/service advisors, they are friendly and courteous--that is why I bring my car back for service. More
