Amazingly Accommodating I am the manager of a large fleet of vehicles. During the process of getting tanks, and hoses, etc. put in the back of these vehicles we had an issue I am the manager of a large fleet of vehicles. During the process of getting tanks, and hoses, etc. put in the back of these vehicles we had an issue where the gas tank on roughly 50 of them were punctured nationwide. I came to this dealership with 5 vehicles to be repaired and they got the parts ordered and the repairs made in under 48 hours! It was incredible. In many of the other parts of the country and the other dealerships we used they were not even able to guarantee repairs until a week out. I don't normally leave reviews but I was so impressed by the team here that I felt it would be a disservice to them to not let others know! More
Service cheat Took my 2012 f350 in for an oil leak and was told it had two leaks. After being told how long it would take to fix I left it with them. I received a call 4 hours later being told it was complete. I went to pick it up and they have me a bill for more hours than they even had the truck. On top of that they billed ford for warranty hours. This is not the kind of dealership that you can trust. Take your vehicles anywhere but Larry H Miller in provo Utah. More

They are wonderful and helpful and they know what they are doing! I brought my car in for an oil change and a door latch recall. Upon waiting for a few minutes I was approached about a chip in mt windshield(which I knew but avoided fixing because I didn't want to pay). They assisted me in getting it covered by my insurance all with no cost! It was my best visit by far because I got a 3 for 1 visit. And as always, I received the best help from Brandi. More

Very unhappy We bought a 2008 ford truck had it three days before I had to bring it back because something was wrong with it. Had I known this I would never have bought it. If I. Wouldn't have bought the extended warranty I would be screwed. Larry Miller has had the truck for one month and still not fixed. Claims they had to wait for the warranty to kick in. They did pay one truck payment but I had to practically beg for that. So beyond pissed off. Larry Miller should have done more to please us. I have been a loyal customer for years never again will I buy from Larry Miller More

The service managers were very helpful I would especially like to complement Forest in the service department. Through a long and frustrating series of events that were not the fault of thi I would especially like to complement Forest in the service department. Through a long and frustrating series of events that were not the fault of this dealership, he was good to work with. He kept me informed of the progress or lack thereof. He went the extra mile to stay on top of my car's service. When Detroit sent the wrong part, he seemed genuinely frustrated at not having my car ready. Also kudos to the service technician who realized that the part that Detroit sent was used and not new as was ordered. The technician did not just go ahead and install it anyway which he could have easily done and I would have not known the difference. I also appreciate the work station in the customer lounge. While waiting, I was able to get work done on my computer. More

Great Salesman, horrible Finance Guy I had no problems with the salesman I bought my 2016 Mustang from. Really friendly guy, and he gave me a good deal after some tough negotiation. When it came time to sign papers with the finance manager that is where things went south. To make a long story short he attempted to trick me into paying for a warranty I didn't want and expressly told him no on, he completely forgot to put in my 2,000 dollar down payment that I expressly told him about, and he didn't even check my pre-approval with my bank resulting in a 4.75% rate rather than the 2.99% rate I was actually approved for my bank for. This man was duplicitious, out to just make money, and almost cost me an extra 100 dollars a month in my car payment. All my attempts to contact the GM and other finance manager have fallen on missed calls and no responses. The salesman is the only person I could reach, and has promised that the financial guy is being reprimanded (I won't hold my breath). Luckily my bank is fixing the loan, and hopefully things will work out. I will never do business with these shady, duplicitous people again (with the exception of the salesman; real nice guy). Don't buyou your vehicle here. More
