I told the service attendant I had scheduled in advance, but he said it didn't make any difference, the service was first-come, first-served. This is extremely frustrating when I had taken the time to block out time in my day in advance. Prices on filters and other misc parts are (as with most dealers) much more expensive than if you were to buy them elsewhere. A $45 cabin air filter at the dealer is only $12 on line. More

Buying a new Lincoln Brock Buchanan was our salesperson and he did a fantastic job. CR has to be ordered as dealer did not have ant on the lot. They are lazy and icompetent and I will never go to this dealership again. More

I drive 90 miles to get my car serviced there. Appointment times are meant, recommendations are straight forward. The customer service people are just friendly and easy to deal with which is what Appointment times are meant, recommendations are straight forward. Excellent Service Great customer service. Made an appointment online and when I got there they were waiting for me to take the car in for service. I waited noore than Great customer service. Service Consultant explained everything to me and asked if I wanted to do any other maintenance. When I said no, there was no pressure to upsell. Heartily recommend! More

Go elsewhere! Dishonest, slimy, and unapologetic. My husband and I bought a car here. The salesman was pushy and added so much crap onto the sales price. We mistak Dishonest, slimy, and unapologetic. My husband and I bought a car here. The salesman was pushy and added so much crap onto the sales price. We mistakingly trusted the guys we were talking to, and unfortunately after all the paperwork was signed, they called the next week saying they were going to give us a higher interest rate. I went in to try to return the car or get what we originally signed for, and the guy told me I didn't do a good job reading the contract and I had to deal with it. I left in tears, and we will never buy from them again. Avoid this unscrupulous place at all costs. More
