Horrible customer service when there has been an error So disappointed! The sales person that helped us was great however once the deal was completed (incorrectly) we can not get a call back from the manag So disappointed! The sales person that helped us was great however once the deal was completed (incorrectly) we can not get a call back from the manager or financing department to fix the mistake it has been a full month of going around in circles and the only way to get the to talk with you is to show up at the dealership. Honestly I do not recommend doing business with them due to the lack of customer service it is going to be two months now and our issue has still not been resolved. More
Did not get the service I requested I left my vehicle to have an oil change and to have it looked over due to a long distance trip that is upcoming. I also asked that the emergency brake I left my vehicle to have an oil change and to have it looked over due to a long distance trip that is upcoming. I also asked that the emergency brake be adjusted due to it being out of adjustment. Told them that I would be picking it up the next day and received a call 2 and a half hours later saying that the oil change was done and they couldn't do anything with the emergency brake unless I made another appointment at a different time with another tech. Not what I would call customer service!! This is the only place I have ever had any service or oil changes done the whole time I have owned this vehicle and will now be searching for another! More

He really takes the time to explain what is needed to keep my truck in a pristine condition. I recommend asking for him when you take your vehicle in! More

Not so great experience Took my power stroke pickup to have the oil changed. When I got in to leave I noticed there was not a sticker in the windshield for the next oil chang Took my power stroke pickup to have the oil changed. When I got in to leave I noticed there was not a sticker in the windshield for the next oil change. I decided to check under the hood to see if it had been done The oil on my rag from the dipstick was black. I returned to the service person and told her that I don’t think the oil had been done. When she informed me that she watched them drain it herself. And that the new oil would be black from running the engine. It had only been started and pulled out of the bay. She proceeded to try to sell me an engine flush for $90. Without any recourse I left. More

Over a month to tell me they wouldn't help with my warranty, and then, wouldn't tell me why they wouldn't help, or even give me options to get my truck fixed. Super friendly, just not helpful in any way. I had to go physically visit them to get any kind of update, and to this day I don't fell like they ever understood the problem. More
