It was the worst experience I have ever had. They had my truck for two weeks and I did not receive a single text or call with an update on my truck. I scheduled an oil change and showed up on time. Then proceeded to wait 2 hours for my service to be done with no update or heads up if we waiting that long! For an oil change! Customer service wasn’t what I hoped for. Two weeks ago today had oil change, bought special, and cooling system flush. Engine temp is running higher. One week ago today, had cruse control serviced. Purchased new control. As of yesterday it no cooling system flush. Engine temp is running higher. One week ago today, had cruse control serviced. Purchased new control. As of yesterday it no longer is working. Made trip from SLC residence to Provo, service rep suggested that the work performed and apparatus installed might not be under warranty. I made an appointment for today, 1000 hrs. I just completed a phone call to the Service department announcing the cancelation of the appointment scheduled today. The person I spoke with seemed less or uninterested, and therefore, I did not feel supported or listened to, and it seemed to me that any other relationship or interaction was preferable to assisting me. Customer satisfaction is a 2 out of 10. More
