terrible service after 3 hours of waiting they come to me saying they need to rewire myLED light from my front end. This after saying its the throttle body 3 hours ago. So i ripped out my LED from the front end from another ford dealership and the problem stiilll there. Now i need to take the truck in again to get the throttle body replaced. Dont think they wanted to do it for free since i had a warranty on it just a waste of time NEVER going back. More

After repair work on the axle boots, etc., didn't resolve the problem, the ultimate fix was a new transmission. Thanks to a fine warranty purchased when I bought my car, I paid a total of $100. I appreciate the timely calls from Tyson to keep me apprised of the progress. More

Didn’t feel valued I have been coming to this location for service and car purchasing for the last 19 years. My father in law is retired from Ford so we have been loyal I have been coming to this location for service and car purchasing for the last 19 years. My father in law is retired from Ford so we have been loyal to Ford. While the 2 salesmen were nice and I ultimately ended up with a car I wanted at a fair price point, the whole process was difficult. I had arranged ahead of time to borrow the car (used)and when I picked it up there appeared to be vomit in the back so I didn’t take it. They did fix it the next day but never deep cleaned or detailed it. They are letting me bring it back to get it detailed but it sure would have been nice to drive away with a clean car. More

From the get go we have worked one on one with Salesman Chad Smith! He was very straight forward and he helped us through the entire purchase to make this happen for us. Me and my husband have been looking for a "Truck" to pull our 5th wheel trailer for sometime. We have had several horrible experiences with many other dealerships in Utah. We basically lost all hope and trust with the entire auto buying experience! We were very hesitant when we came to LHM Provo (Ford) dealership! We met Chad Smith and I am so pleased to say that his dealings with us the entire process made it all comfortable and we have gained all his trust and he made it work for us to get into a fantastic truck to our liking and one that will suit our needs! worst experience with tires I have driven my car only for 11,000 miles and all of my tires get worn out and are in very bad shape right now so when I go back to have a service ch I have driven my car only for 11,000 miles and all of my tires get worn out and are in very bad shape right now so when I go back to have a service check up at the Draper Ford store, those guys checked up and confirmed thatt all the tires are gone. My vehicle mileage is just 11,000 miles it seems that the food covers your tires for about 12,000 miles today. They was pretty happy to cover my tires and to order a new set of tires all four and then all of a sudden they come to conclusion that my car has 19 inch alloy wheels and it is supposed to be 18 inches so they said go back to Provo store and talk to them, saying they should be able to help you as they were the ones who swapped your tires from 18inches to 19inches. when I go back to provi-ford store those guys say me that sorry we are not able to help you so who am I supposed to blame for this. So I just have a question, is it my fault that all my tires are completely wornout and I just want to ask the provi dealership if they will be taking the responsibility if I meet with an accident because of these bad tires and I don’t understand the if I spent $32000 on the car ha ha how can I get tires that are pretty worn out all four of them within the limited tire range (12000 miles) please please help me out in this, provo dealership keeps on delaying this, it’s been two weeks that I requested them and they don’t even give me a floowup call and keep saying we are working on it, we will let you know …. I hope I get justice in this tire issue. More
