The worst Ford dealership I have ever been to. Service people are essentially incompetent and are clueless as to what service means. Made an online reservation, when I get to the service department Olivi people are essentially incompetent and are clueless as to what service means. Made an online reservation, when I get to the service department Olivia didn’t seem to know about it and informed me that it was going to take an hour and a half because they only had one technician. Why is this my problem. Why accept appointments if you are short staffed. The return ride via Uber, was the rude from xxxx. I finally got out and walked. Spoke to the service manager about this who could only repeat it was not his fault it was Uber’s fault. This is how a child responds. The service manager needs to give some thought to how an adult would respond. The dealership provides this as a service to customers. The dealership is therefore responsible. More
We had questions on the factory warranty for a needed repair. The service attendant answered our questions after he confirmed our repair was coveted. It was fixed in timely manner. We came in for a recall on our car that was only meant to be a date check on part of the car at 10 a.m., and did not hear from the dealer until I called them at 5:30. They close the service department at 6, be a date check on part of the car at 10 a.m., and did not hear from the dealer until I called them at 5:30. They close the service department at 6, so that meant we almost had to get our car the next day, because they FORGOT they had it. I finally got a hold of the service department for an answer at quarter to 6, to which they lied and said the recall took an entire day to perform. It does not, it is an inspection of a date within the car, something Ford says in the recall notice can be performed at home. The worst part, was when I picked up my car, they handed me paperwork saying I had refused service on a separate part of vehicle. They LIED, on their own file, because I had not been spoken to once that day. There was no way I could refuse service. This also means the Recall had already been performed, and they simply forgot to tell us. Summary: - 7 hour wait for a simple inspection - Lied to us about nature of Recall - Lied on their own files to say we refused service. More
