The follow up was not the best. I had to call multiple times about my vehicle. When I got my vehicle back the head lights were not working. I called about it and then said they would call back. Bought a truck hear and was promised a certain monthly amount but kept coming back with this is the best we have. Then when I come back two years later because they had sent me in the mail a letter that s amount but kept coming back with this is the best we have. Then when I come back two years later because they had sent me in the mail a letter that says they have a great offer to trade in my vehicle. You come in and your supposed to get a yeti 20 oz tumbler and evaluation of your vehicle. I didn't get xxxx. This place is a xxxxing joke. Staff sucks xxx and I was there an hour and a half doing nothing. Complete waste of my time. Never buy anything from here. Please read your reviews. More
Walk-ins pay more - sales management attitude is about them not customer. We walked in to look at Ford Explorers. Our sales person was very friendly and we liked him a lot, although he did give us some them not customer. We walked in to look at Ford Explorers. Our sales person was very friendly and we liked him a lot, although he did give us some wrong information about the specs of the vehicle. That wasn’t the issue- he was great overall BUT after a great test drive and going in to run numbers, they did the typical “talk to the manager” for 25 minutes while we waited - there was only one other customer in the place but the sales manager, who couldn’t even be bothered to meet us, made us wait (likely as a tactic) only to have the sales person come back with full MSRP price with a finance plan incentive but at a ridiculous long term rate. Some cars sell for MSRP, but not Explorers. Ford was running some sales event commercials nationally which I saw on TV later but of course no mention of the sale at all by LHM Provo. Maybe they are not a participating dealer. I believe the sales manager was making a calculation about how much they could get out of us based on being walk-ins while keeping all dealer incentives. Literally worst sales manager experience in dozens of car inquiries. They applied some pressure but not our first rodeo, so we wouldn’t sign until we did some research and sure enough every other dealer I called gave me a Ford national sales incentives in 5 minutes on the phone. LHM sales managers were so arrogant! I felt bad for our salesperson who was just trying to do his best but his sales manager’s effort to take advantage of people cost him a sale. We ended up buying a new Explorer from another dealer and we love it. I’d steer clear of LHM Provo unless you like the stereotypical big dealer tactics and vastly overpaying. Possibly in their defense it was towards the end of the night on a Friday so maybe they just wanted to go home. If that’s the case, just close earlier. More

This Ford/Lincoln dealership is very efficient and is fairly priced for new purchases, regular servicing and repairs. I’ve owned Ford/Lincoln vehicles my whole life and I have used Ford/Lincoln dealersh fairly priced for new purchases, regular servicing and repairs. I made an appointment at Larry Miller Ford In Provo, I made an appointment at Larry Miller Ford In Provo, because the check engine light was on, on my Van. (( Id told them not to fix it, until they talk to me )). When they found the problem, I was told it needed a $30.00 fuel line filter, but it would be over $400.00 Labor to replace it. I told the employee at the service department, I would just take it somewhere else. He then told me they had already taken the part off, but he said, it broke when they took it off. He said he would have them put the old one back on, but he said it might not run very well. I finally told them to fix it the Van. When I got the bill, I was charged for a (( oil change )) I didn’t ask for. Plus the bill had a lot of unexpected charges. To top it off, about a WEEKLATER, I get a call from Larry Miller Ford, saying I still owed them $70.00 more, because they forgot to add the sales tax on my bill. My receipt shows I paid it sales tax. I felt I was tread rude by the shop employee and the service manager. Bottom line I think they took advantage of me, I wouldn’t take my van to them Again. More
I was very happy with the service I receive. My service representative, Jon Ormond" was a true professional. Beyond the service I requested he help me with a warranty issue regarding pealing paint on the representative, Jon Ormond" was a true professional. Beyond the service I requested he help me with a warranty issue regarding pealing paint on the hood. I have working this with Ford and the dealership for the past two years.
