I was able to trade in my 2010 F-150 Lariat for a new 2012 F-150 FX4 w/ EcoBoost. Chad and JR (finance) were great even when I problem arose. After singing all documents and getting in my new truck, I realized the model I had picked out (which had the max tow package) did not have power folding mirrors. I had to have power folding mirrors. So, within 15 minutes we had a new model picked out and all the paperwork done. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle from a great dealership. More

After driving the car, we decided to order one and worked with Ray on what we wanted and the pricing. Overall, Ray was very business like and professional and we were able to agee on the price and placed the order for the new car. It was scheduled to be delivered on or about May 1, and we picked it up on May 1. The car was clean and ready to go, and Ray even filled the tank for us which I did not expect. That was a real plus. Overall, Ray and the folks at Lakewood Fordland did a very good job for us and I really would recommend them. More

I know it is the practice of the dealership so I will not hold my salesperson responsible for this-but I will hold the management responsible. I feel this is rude and unacceptable customer service. However, Jason Fisher was very helpful and fought to get the price I needed on my new car and on my trade in AND did so in only 2 tries (hope whomever has my truck now loves it as much as I did).
