Lakewood Ford's service dept is not so great Been there twice now, once just try to find out some info on my car, and then again to get the key code for the door. The service advisor told me it w Been there twice now, once just try to find out some info on my car, and then again to get the key code for the door. The service advisor told me it would take about 20 minutes. After I'd been there a half hour, at least, started my iPhone timer. Finally went to the cashier to ask where my car was at 16:27. They couldn't be bothered to remove the plastic cover from the seat or the paper dealio from the floor, so it was up to me to wander around the lot looking for a trash can. Oh, and if you are used to amenities in the waiting area like you might find at a Toyota or Subaru dealer, tough luck. They can't even afford cable, opting instead for Dish, so we I got to watch crappy world cup soccer coverage for the nearly 50 minutes I was there waiting for them to find out my key code that they never bothered to explain to me how to work. More

By the time I got there, my paperwork was done and all I had to do was test drive the car. I was in and out of within 1 1/2 hours! It was awesome! I had heard from some friends of mine who had also purchased a vehicle that it takes forever...not for me!
