The only complaint was having to go to the gas station for fuel during the test drive, and when I drove it off, they hadn't filled the tank, so I had to go to the gas station again - the dealership paid, but it was an inconvenience. Regardless, there was no bearing their prices or customer service. Thanks Paul! More

The best experience ever! I don't like going to a dealership and spending all day haggling over the price. Don't like the games some will play. All I want is the best price for a car I can get without all the hassle. I was contacting several dealerships around the Southwest US by email looking for a good deal. One of those dealerships was Lakewood Fordland in Colorado. The salesman, Paul Pfeifer, got me on the phone and had me a bottom line, out the door price in no time at all. He told me to continue checking other dealerships to see if I could get a better deal. I'd say he was pretty confident with his price. So, I continued to call many other dealerships who could not even come close to his price. I wanted to give my local dealer a chance to meet the price since I like the idea of buying local. Not only did they tell me that they can't come close to the price but told me the car probably had hail damage or they wouldn't honor their price when I got there. Long story short, I drove up and the paperwork was already done and was the same quoted price to the penny. No fee for this or that or any kind of runaround for that matter. We were done with the paperwork in literally 5 minutes (paid cash) and I was out the door shortly there after. Oh, I did take them a few minutes longer to get the car out of the showroom floor haha. So much for the hail damage. Listen, I don't look forward to buying cars but I will go to Lakewood Fordland and see Paul Pfeifer next time I'm in the market for one. I can't say enough how good the experience was. Even the GM and other employees came out to say hi and were very polite and helpful. It's something you just don't see enough of these days. THANKS GUYS!!! More

Things got even better when the day before I was supposed to pick up the truck I called to inform Paul we would have to wait a few more days because my house didn't close on time. Paul's response was that it wasn't a big deal. We eventually completed the sale and even after he had the check in his hand he didn't stop bending over backwards to make us happy. We will definitely be going back next time we need a car. More

Paul Pfeifer Bent Over Backwards to Help Me Purchase a Car I wasn't planning to buy a car this month, although my main mode of transportation was becoming dangerous to drive. While my 1995 Explorer was getting I wasn't planning to buy a car this month, although my main mode of transportation was becoming dangerous to drive. While my 1995 Explorer was getting a recall part replaced in it, I saw Paul Pfeifer in the showroom area. When I asked if there were any cars on the lot in my price range, instead of blowing me off like some car sales people had done in the past at other places, Paul Pfeifer was polite, courteous and searched his lot for possible cars meeting my criteria. He was able to let me test drive two very nice used vehicles. He never pressured me once, but instead demonstrated great patience and courtesy to me when his co-worker didn't get the needed paperwork for my purchase to him for hours and hours. Since I waited there so long to finalize my purchase of the second car I test drove, a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, Paul Pfeifer was able to make an exception and lower the purchase price for me a bit. This made it more affordable for me to be able to make this necessary purchase. Paul Pfeifer spent more than two hours personally searching for good financing for my purchase when it wasn't really his responsibility to do so. Paul Pfeifer Bent Over Backwards to Help Me Purchase a mechanically sound Car essential for getting to and from work, when I thought it would be impossible for me to replace the old car I had been depending on. He was friendly and able to answer all of my questions on the 2012 Ford Fusion I was interested in. Since I lived several hours away, Paul made sure that he had all of my information that he needed to find the right financing for me. He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. He worked very hard to get my payments where I wanted them. Paul and Roger had all the paperwork completed when I arrived, so the buying of the car was quick and easy. I was in and out with my new car within a hour. I highly recommend Paul and Lakewood Fordland for buying your next vehicle. More
Very poor service repair department I've been here before and they didn't fix the issue with my transmission. Instead they spent most of their time making me feel like I was imaging the I've been here before and they didn't fix the issue with my transmission. Instead they spent most of their time making me feel like I was imaging the issue because there was no code in the vehicle computer. I took it to a transmission shop where the issue was fixed. I said I'd never come back! However it is close & I was short on time so I made an appointment & came back. Why, because my key fell apart and the faub no longer worked. I explained my issue & was told in his 13 years with Ford he'd never heard of what I was describing, until it happened to him. No apologies, just"that's wierd". He sent me to parts to buy a faub saying it would be less expensive. However, they no longer make the faub for my car (it's a 2008) couldn't the service person have checked on that BEFORE I wasted 15 minutes in line for the part? Then I was told it'd take an hour or more to have a new key made. I said "shouldn't I get right in because I made an appointment?" His response "Oh, I never checked on that". I will NEVER come back! I will drive across town to Phil Long Ford where I've been treated wonderfully. More
