I recently purchased a vehicle from Larry H. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH LARRY H. MILLER-FORD-LAKEWOOD. Here's my experience. I recently purchased a vehicle from Larry H. Miller-Ford Lakewood, Colorado. I have never been so disrespected and treated so poorly by a dealership. I have bought my fair share of new vehicles so the process isn't foreign. Here's what happened. I was in the market for a certain pick-up, certain features and color. 2017 Ford Raptor. I called around. Found 1 in Colorado Springs it was a good deal. I had a call into LHM. They called back and said squash that deal I have a even better deal for you. Dropped that truck off from Phil Long and went up to Denver. From the moment we got there the staff was short with us and rude. The sales manager acted like he didn't want to do business with us. Needless to say after many hours we got the deal (a good deal or so we thought), signed papers, got the temp tag and we were on our way. Until.....1 week later calls start coming in-multiple calls back to back demanding this and that by Aaron and Walter-Rude. They were confrontational from the time the phone was answered. Calling while working and leaving badgering messages. Stating we need to bring back the truck or put money down ($3800) however, never explained to us why. The next day comes and now they need more (now its $4500). Calling at 7 at night. Telling us we stole the truck and how they are calling the cops and getting it reposed. We are not criminals. We lost sleep over it, thinking we are going to wake up and our brand new truck is going to be gone. We have the contract and signed papers. They gave us the keys. I don't think they would of given us an $80,000 truck after running my credit and finance part of it if we didn't qualify. After multiple phone calls and empty threats and bullying from the LHM staff we finally got to talk to the GM who had no idea what his employees had been up too. Bullying customers to cover their own behinds. Complete harassment. Through this all we never heard from our sales lady-Jillian. Bottom-line what it came down too was they made a deal with us and someone else came in looking for the same pick same color and was willing to pay way over MSRP. They were doing everything to get this truck back and sale it as a dealer demo to that person. We were finally told that, that was what was going on and why the other LHM reps were so pushy, like it gave justification to treat us like trash and criminals. Needless to say I am disgusted with the turn out of this dealership and how they conduct business. I feel like their sales lady and the staff there is dishonest, misleading and deceiving. Honestly, the only thing they are constant at is gives Larry H. Miller and his reputation a bad name. All I can get out of LHM-Ford Lakewood is the go around. After this nightmare I would of been better off doing the 1st deal at Phil Long in Colorado Springs. At least there they showed some professionalism and respect. I will never do business with the location or any Larry H Miller locations. I will share my experience with everyone I know. More

Do not buy lease or service at this dealer Because my husband is a city employee we went to Lakewood ford to lease his truck. A year later after an accident, more assurances and promises were made about the buyout in regards to the accident. Now here we're are approaching the buyout and behold all the promises were "incorrect". All the dealer says is oh well your bad luck. We trusted the answers from all personnel and that mistake is on us. So here is my warning to anyone planning on buying leasing or using their services:: do not believe any promises made or explanations given. You'll end up screwed in the end. More

Do not buy or service from this dealer! I used to be a huge Ford Fan, but unfortunately that is ruined after buying two vehicles from LHM Ford in Lakewood. Had constant issues with our vehic I used to be a huge Ford Fan, but unfortunately that is ruined after buying two vehicles from LHM Ford in Lakewood. Had constant issues with our vehicles, it was so bad that when our brand new explorer had to be towed for the 4th or 5th time; the independent tow-truck driver felt "compelled" to call and notify me just how bad the service departments technicians were berating me and my wife in front of him, after he dropped of the vehicle. Like its our fault the vehicle needs to be towed for the same issue (no start). I recognize the LHM Ford did not build the car. However, the complete lack of empathy and customer service forced my wife and I to trade in both vehicles at a different dealer. We couldn't dump our Fords we bought here quick enough, and went with a different dealer that values customer service, and understands the impact of a non-working (brand new) vehicle has on a family. We couldn't be happier with our new dealer and new vehicles. Please, to avoid unnecessary stress and financial loss, avoid this dealer at all costs. There are tons of options and NOT a single positive reason to purchase/service from Larry H. Miller Ford Lakewood! P.S The service department also damaged our rear bumper on the vehicle being serviced (again 4th or 5th time was in their possession). Prior to accepting the vehicle we informed them of the damage. They "reviewed" their cameras and found nothing wrong. But they offered to resolve the issue via a "Goodwill repair". In-short they used a black sharpie to cover-up the scratches on the bumper. More

Bad Service We took my mother's Lincoln in for a warranty repair. We'd had the fuel pump and modules replaced on 1/29/16 and it failed after a few 100 miles. I first took it to Brads Conoco, they replaced the module, with me not recognizing that the part was under warranty. They indicated that it maybe the module or pump. The module wasn't the problem. When it turned out to be the fuel pump, I took it back to Larry H Miller. When I called for status, I was forwarded to my service advisor's (Steve) phone. I left a message and never received a return call. I called 2 days later and was told it was ready. I went to pick it up that night and found it had been hail damaged. I went back in to talk to the gentleman who was there and he said "Didn't Steve tell you about it?" I said tat I never talked to Steve. He said the damage was an act of God and my insurance would cover it. This is after my wife had been complaining about an engine vibration and told it was the tool set in the back of her Ford Focus. Brad fund the broken engine mount easily when we took it to him for breaks. More
