He just didn't seem to be able to realize that she was not going to purchase one that day as I, her co signer didn't think she could afford it. He offered 0% interest and a much lower price than originally stated so if we had been ready to buy it would have been a great deal but we had decided that we were going to wait and he just didn't want to let us out the door. I realize that they make a commission on their sales however they need to realize that not everyone is going to walk out the door the owner of a car. It's like they take it personally, I never have been a fan of the back and forth process of buying a car, it seems like each party wants to get in the last word. I used to buy Saturns always since they had no haggle pricing and wish they were still around for that reason. Also because I didn't haggle with him I paid the full price mentioned and got 3% interest, I wasn't offered any deals since I didn't haggle with him and when I found out she was offered 0% interest even though she has bad credit I was a little put off. Do you have to argue and bicker to get a better deal? I guess it really is true that used car dealers have a bad reputation for a reason. I found the car I wanted online or I would never have driven that far to buy a car anyway. More
