Worst customer service I have have ever experienced! By far it has been a nightmare dealing with the service department. If I could give 0 out of 5 than I would! It has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Initially it was in for an insurance claim (not their fault), but when a. problem with my vehicles engine surfaced I asked them to work on it to fix the problem. It took over four days to evens get a quote. I called numerous times and never received a return call. I had to physically go in to talk with the service person. At which point was told they would look at it and get to work and would be done in a couple of days. However they never even looked at my vehicle and again numerous calls without a return call, was able to get through by calling and asking for the manager which was not granted but miraculously found the person I was trying to call all along and was told they could not even look at my vehicle until the following week. That is more than a week without doing anything. Also apparently they could not even offer a loaner car. What a waste of time, hopefully others had a better experience, but not me. I will be telling everyone about this and suggesting that they visit someplace else at least with better customer service. More

You have your schedule, the service departments schedule and yes sometimes weather can be a factor. Let's not forget the possibility of wasting time in traffic delays around commuting time. Larry Miller Ford Lakewood helped me the customer by taking all of the above into consideration. I rescheduled numerous times in order to beat these scheduling conflicts.
