Mistake made right, plus so much more. I brought my 2014 Escape in for an oil change, as part of my standard maintenance interval. It took longer than expected before someone came out and t I brought my 2014 Escape in for an oil change, as part of my standard maintenance interval. It took longer than expected before someone came out and told me that they’d mixed my car up with another getting an oil change and ALSO a transmission flush, and flushed my transmission by accident. Not only did they flush and fill my transmission (which I wasn’t planning on getting at the time), but they didn’t charge me for it since it was an accident and increased my appointment time. My end price of service was almost on the nose what I was expecting and what I was quoted, and I was kept up to speed constantly on what was going on. The employees were friendly, the facilities were spotless, and the service was spectacular. Sure, they made a mistake, but they made it more than right and I’ll be recommending them to fellow Ford owners as much as I can. Definitely a great experience! More

It can sometimes take some time to get in for service due to their volumes but this hasn't been a problem for me as yet. only downside is a lack of loaner cars that were provided by the prior owner of the dealership. However, they do provide a rental if warranty service is performed but this isn't very convenient. Overall, I am satisfied with the service department. . More
