Repair of cooling system,2016 Ford F-250. Leaking water pump on my 2016 Ford F-250 was replaced as a warranty item after discussion with service writer. I was,however, charged a large amount, Leaking water pump on my 2016 Ford F-250 was replaced as a warranty item after discussion with service writer. I was,however, charged a large amount, about $300, for hose replacement and labor. I believe that the hose and replacement labor should have been covered by warranty also. It’s pretty hard to change a waterpump Without removing the hose, reinstalling the hose and possibly damaging the hose in the process. More

Awesome experience.. I am a senior who is a certified car geek. I have owned a ridiculous amount of cars in my lifetime. I have had everything from domestics, imports, convertibles, coupes, crossovers, luxury cars and even a mini van! Recently I had my eye on a MINI Cooper Countryman S that Larry H. Miller FORD Lakewood had on their lot. I have to say that everyone from my salesmen Christian Diaz and Jevon Reynolds along with Manager John Collins and GM Todd Hoskins made this experience, dare I say, pleasurable! They were so easy to work with. I felt they were fair, respectful and really willing to make a deal with me. They readily allowed me to take the vehicle for 24 hours to get it checked out. Their #1 Goal was to get me into a vehicle I really wanted. There was no strong-arm tactics, no bait and switches-just honest people selling cars. The car checked out fine except for a couple items and they quickly said they would take care of those items for me. Honestly, this was the easiest deal I had ever done and these folks at Larry H. Miller made sure I was completely satisfied. On a side note, they run 2 service shifts open till midnight to accommodate all schedules. I will be sure to recommend Larry H.
