Oil timer was not reset, tires where not rotated tire weights had not moved and the engine oil was still dirty. I am offended by what your service department did. Tell Todd Hoskins to take me off the mailing list , I wont be back. To all the consumers who don't know how to work on cars and trucks , beware. More
Service Nightmare I bought a new 2017 F350 King Ranch diesel from Larry Miller Ford Lakewood, CO approximately one year ago. After being a 30 year customer of Lakewood I bought a new 2017 F350 King Ranch diesel from Larry Miller Ford Lakewood, CO approximately one year ago. After being a 30 year customer of Lakewood Ford I expected the same service and care. Unfortunately I received the opposite. My truck has been serviced three times in the last year at this dealership. Each time I got my truck back from a service there was something that was wrong, but they were minor and I allowed them to fix it immediately without complaint. However, today i had am oil change, fuel filter replacement and tire rotation. Because of past problems I took the valve stem cap off of the right front tire. When I came back to pick up the truck the right front tire had not been moved. There was a 10 foot long diesel fuel spill from under one of the filters and the truck would not start due to the loss of fuel pressure. I spoke with the service manager who was condescending and appeared as if my concerns was an inconvenience. I will not go back even thought they are 10 minutes from my house. I base where I buy a vehicle I from on what the service is after the sale. With Larry Miller Ford it's buyer beware. I am also changing my extended warranty from Larry Miller to a Ford factory warranty. More

Service experience It was the first time in a long time that I pulled into any dealer's service bay and felt the service advisor being genuinely interested in taking car It was the first time in a long time that I pulled into any dealer's service bay and felt the service advisor being genuinely interested in taking car of me and my vehicle. I came in for a basic 5000 mile oil change, ready to pay the tab, only to have Logan look up my purchase history and remind me that I had some free oil changes. It wasn't a huge cost savings, but going that extra distance is farther than any service advisor ever went with any previous vehicle I ever owned. More
