Car Wouldn't start after a Maintenance Appointment I had prepaid and signed up for the maintenance oil changes, etc. for my 2013 Ford Explorer, which included tire rotation. On one of my appointments, I had prepaid and signed up for the maintenance oil changes, etc. for my 2013 Ford Explorer, which included tire rotation. On one of my appointments, they charged me for tire rotation. On my last visit, because I won't be going back, they supposedly changed my oil, did the 12 point (or whatever) inspection etc. on my vehicle. However, on the very next day my car wouldn't start because my battery cables were so corroded that it wouldn't charge the battery. If in fact LHM did my oil change and 12 point inspection, they would have noticed it, I would hope they would have made me aware. I hope things have changed at LHM so others don't pay for services not rendered. More

I don’t know why a simple oil change takes two hours when you have an appointment, especially when you go through the express service“ check in. This particular visit I was waiting for a shuttle for 40 minutes when promised 10 minutes. Previous visit the service manager was going to order a trim piece for me, it took over a month and three phone calls to finally get it . That same visit I suggested to the service advisor that my intermittent wipers aren’t working correctly, he simply splashed a lot of water on the window and said they’re working fine, they are not working fine, they have never worked. Six days for an oil change. Dropped off for oil change and squeaking brakes. 3 days later, I call to inquire. Could not replicate brake issue. Quoted $199 power steering part.
