They are beyond professional, and not only quickly took care of a recall issue on my vehicle, but also fixed a reacurring problem we have had with the skid plate coming loose after oil changes that are complementary and done at Barbee's Freeway Ford, (which is where we originally purchased our car). Barbee's never seem to attach the skidplate properly and we have had to use zip ties to secure it as it tends to come unhooked. This time, driving home on the interstate after the oil change, the entire front of the skidplate came unscrewed again and began dragging on the road! They recommended that I just take the skidplate off and that it is a common problem on these "older" vehicles.....mine is a 2014. Needless to say, free or not, we will never use Barbee's Freeway Ford again, and will take any service work, as well as any future car purchases to Larry H. Miller Ford! They fixed everything as it should have been and cleaned up another dealership's total lack of professionalism and quality control! Thanks again!!! More

Towed in and fixed the same day under warranty My wife's car broke down on C-470 and we had it towed to this dealership for service. The service department managed to fit the car in between appoin My wife's car broke down on C-470 and we had it towed to this dealership for service. The service department managed to fit the car in between appointment and fixed it by the end of the day. Best of all they checked for extended warranties and the repair was covered for no charge even though the car has 106,000 miles on it. An amazing job was done by all involved. More

Same old same old! I met with my service advisor, we discussed what repairs were needed. (Oil change, Reprogram tire sensors, Program 2 new keys) I told my advisor I nee I met with my service advisor, we discussed what repairs were needed. (Oil change, Reprogram tire sensors, Program 2 new keys) I told my advisor I needed my car back by 3:00 at the latest cause I had an appointment. She told me that would not be a problem it should be done by 2:00 at the latest and she would call me when the truck was done. Never heard a word from her so I thought maybe the work was running long. I pushed back my appointment showed up to get my truck at 4:30. The work I requested had not been completed! They did the oil change and programmed the keys. When I asked why the tire sensor problem was not addressed, I was told 3 sensors were bad and it was very expensive to replace them and she didn’t think I would want to spend the money. I was not called and asked, nor did I indicate at drop off that there were any money issue or other reasons I wouldn’t want work to be completed. Now I will need to take another day to complete something that should have been done!!! More

Help with seatbelt After my husband’s shoulder surgery, and arriving home, I unbuckled him, unfortunately, I was not able to release more belt and it was getting tighter After my husband’s shoulder surgery, and arriving home, I unbuckled him, unfortunately, I was not able to release more belt and it was getting tighter and tighter around his waist, making it impossible to lift the belt over his just-operated arm. We drove to Larry H. Miller Ford Lakewood and right away Rusty and MIke got to work. They were able to go onto the floor board and release the belt. We are very thankful for their service, although they had never encountered a situation like ours before, we were treated with with respect and the outmost profesionalism. When we are ready to replace our car, we will surely go to Larry Miller Ford Lakewood! Thank you! More
