Worked with me to get Ford to cover courtesy car My 2018 F150 developed an oil leak off the front engine oil cover with only 5400 miles on it. It took it to the service department to get this fixed. My 2018 F150 developed an oil leak off the front engine oil cover with only 5400 miles on it. It took it to the service department to get this fixed. It was estimated to take 3 full days. I asked about a courtesy car to drive during the repair. Since my truck was still under warranty, the service advisor worked with me and got me a rental car which is not something they have to do. Ford covered the car rental during the repair and got my truck back to me in 3 days. More

Ryan was my service agent. he failed to arrange shuttle se Ryan Door was my service agent. I took the car in December 6th, 2018, for a recall on the bushings and requested an alignment. He failed to arrange shuttle service for us in order for us to pick up the car, as he said he would. When we called back since no one had reached out in over an hour, they had closed and we were stranded. I called the next day and he did not have the decency to call back. I left messages on the voicemail and no one reached out to me. We were completely ignored despite being customers for yeas with two cars. I think the focus at Fordland is only to have positive reviews and care for happy customers and ignore unhappy ones. This is not professional. We learn by our mistakes, and Ryan and his team made a mistake. Customer service is not their focus. More

When I brought it back to complete the repairs, we were in and out in about 3 hours. I just appreciated that she made follow up calls and got my truck in quickly and fixed. More
