The car needed repairs, and because the insurance company was denying liability, I was in a bit of a quandary. I contacted Larry H. Miller to see if my roadside assistance covered a loner until I could get a rental. After talking to John Hagar, the Salesman who sold me the Escape, he had me talk to Justin in the Service Dept., and they put me in vehicle until I could get a rental. Their courtesy and professionalism literally saved not only my job, but enabled me to spend time with my family on Christmas. Worked with me to get Ford to cover courtesy car My 2018 F150 developed an oil leak off the front engine oil cover with only 5400 miles on it. It took it to the service department to get this fixed. My 2018 F150 developed an oil leak off the front engine oil cover with only 5400 miles on it. It took it to the service department to get this fixed. It was estimated to take 3 full days. I asked about a courtesy car to drive during the repair. Since my truck was still under warranty, the service advisor worked with me and got me a rental car which is not something they have to do. Ford covered the car rental during the repair and got my truck back to me in 3 days. More
