0 stars if I could Had a vehicle serviced here, simple 4 wheel alignment. Had shuttle drop us off and ended up having to get a Lyft back. They said that their shuttle wa Had a vehicle serviced here, simple 4 wheel alignment. Had shuttle drop us off and ended up having to get a Lyft back. They said that their shuttle was done for the day when I called. Got back and asked why they said the shuttle ran until 1700 and we requested a ride back before then. They stated they did not know what happened but shuttle was still running. And the best part, the "technician" turned the steering wheel with the vehicle off and did not do an IVD relearn so guess who had to go fix their haphazard work? Called and emailed to express my disappointment which fell on deaf ears. Lakewood Ford, never again. Will not be visiting to buy new vehicles, will not return for service, will NOT recommend. More
