Unbelievably poor customer service in their service department. I had scheduled an appointment weeks in advance to bring the car in for recall repairs. I dropped the car off on time in the morning an department. I had scheduled an appointment weeks in advance to bring the car in for recall repairs. I dropped the car off on time in the morning and was told it would be done in the afternoon. Never got a call back and had to call them repeatedly to tell me what was going on, and that I needed my car back before the close of the day. I showed up 5 minutes before close and they brought my car to me. I asked if all the work had been completed, and they said they couldn't tell because the guy working on it had left for the day and they would call me back the next morning to let me know. I never got a call back, and so after 5 days I called to have them confirm what work was done on the car. When pressed, they admitted that nothing had been done and asked me to reschedule another appointment with them. More
