The maintenance people are great. When I went to buy my vehicle after I had fulfilled my lease, the woman (Emily Yabetta) was abrupt and failed to go over any of my ownership details, When I went to buy my vehicle after I had fulfilled my lease, the woman (Emily Yabetta) was abrupt and failed to go over any of my ownership details, such as my remaining warranty, when I would receive title and other items. I had already made arrangements with another salesman and she budged in. Because I didn’t buy all of the services available. I was led to feel they couldn’t get rid of me soon enough. I have leased four autos from Ford and this experience left me with a bad impression of Larry Miller Ford.Yavetta More

After several discussions with the salesman I was put in contact with, I paid a $1k deposit to hold the vehicle. I provided the necessary signatures for documentation. I then bought plane tickets to fly out contact with, I paid a $1k deposit to hold the vehicle. I provided the necessary signatures for documentation. I then bought plane tickets to fly out and pick the vehicle up. 5 days later I was informed that the engine “blew up” and they couldn’t sell me the vehicle. The deposit was to be returned but I had to eat the cost of my flights. I was told that “nothing else could be done from their end”. And that was it. I called to speak with a manager and left a voicemail for Shane. I still haven’t heard any response 3 days later. So I am out time, effort, and cost of airline tickets, still waiting for a return on my $1K deposit. I obviously cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. And I am NEVER doing business with this franchise again. More

After 13 months with no response (but had my deposit money), I finally connected with him only to receive an deposit and/ or status for a new Bronco. He then qquickly directed me to the Ford website to cancel my reservation.
