Purchased my lease and was advised all paperwork was submitted to the bank, ended up getting a bill from previous lender. Called dealership six times and kept getting sent to voicemail with no return c submitted to the bank, ended up getting a bill from previous lender. Called dealership six times and kept getting sent to voicemail with no return calls. Ended up talking to sales rep, Jacob and was told that a manager would call me, NO call returned. Left message for sales manager, and general manager, still NO call. I called the bank and was told that the dealership did not submit all paperwork, so I had to submit it. I called and demanded to talk to someone, and ended up speaking with Tori, the Sales Manager who was extremely rude. She made me seem like I was at fault. My overall experience was awful! More
The True Worth of a new car dealership is how well they service your vehicle after you drive it off the lot, and especially after it is no longer under warranty. Larry Miller Ford in Lakewood is the worst service your vehicle after you drive it off the lot, and especially after it is no longer under warranty. Larry Miller Ford in Lakewood is the worst I've ever experienced. My son left his 2019 Ranger with them for 2 weeks and I believe that they only looked at it on the last day, before rescuing the truck from incompetence and non-communication. If my son didn't call the service department every few days, he would never have know how bad they really were? More
*Avoid at all costs* Brought my car in on 2/13 for a diagnostic, the first service advisor I was paired with was great, his name was Alex Chavez. (I was told, with glee, that he had been fired.) they ha diagnostic, the first service advisor I was paired with was great, his name was Alex Chavez. (I was told, with glee, that he had been fired.) they had my vehicle for about a week before diagnostic was completed, and then had the work completed (replacement of fuses) a few days later. Too long for the issue at hand but I was understanding and excited to take my vehicle home. After I was told the vehicle was ready for pickup I got a ride to the dealership and asked a service advisor to complete and pick up my car. Alex was not in that day so another advisor helped and basically threw my keys at me and told me the vehicle was outside. When I went out to my car and attempted to start it, it was completely dead, not even jumper cables would let get it to start. So back in to the service department with a new RO. Another week goes by and I hear “oh it was just the battery terminals didn’t have a good connection to the battery it’s good now” I know that would not cause that issue but since I needed my car I said fine and took it home. I was able to drive the car for about 20 total miles before it completely died, while I was driving, in busy traffic. I had to pull to the side of the road in a dangerous area to do so and wait for a tow truck. Called in to the service center and the representative told me to bring the car back in right away. I did, and got assigned a new service advisor, Alec I believe was his name. The dealership had my vehicle for a considerable amount of time after this point, literally weeks. In that time I got almost no communication from my service advisor and when I did it was “oh no one has looked at it yet” “I haven’t heard anything about it” “it’s been assigned to a different technician” after that, I was ignored or avoided. I tried texting the advisor, calling the dealership, even calling the GM Tim Brand who leaves his phone number all over these bad reviews. And no one would update or get in touch with me at all. I eventually had to get in touch with corporate Ford customer service and have them reach out to the dealer to get an update. The Ford Customer Service representative that worked with me agreed that this is a completely unacceptable way to treat a service client. The most terrible service experience I have ever had. I had to go back into the dealership and myself make sure that the work was being completed (it wasn’t) and then was able to bring the vehicle home finally, over a month after I had brought it in originally. To top it all off, I got to speak with the service manager, who did not offer an apology or in sincerity in dealing with my issues, but simply asked if there was anything the dealership could do to get me to change my survey. They do not care about their clients, or their clients assets. They care about having revenue come in and CSI scores only. There is a reason this service center is the lowest rated Ford Service Center in the state. ***Avoid at all costs*** More
We began looking for an F350 Super Duty with very specific requirements. When we contacted Larry H. Miller, the GM Tim was very helpful. He connected us with Tori Carrol the Sales Manager, who conn specific requirements. When we contacted Larry H. Miller, the GM Tim was very helpful. He connected us with Tori Carrol the Sales Manager, who connected us with Oscar Negrete, the Sales Representative. This team was flat out AWESOME, no high pressure sales pitch at all. They did not have what we were looking for, so they asked when we wanted it. We had some time, so we told them that. Their response was, "Let us find it." Oscar and Lori spent a bunch of time finding the right truck with EXACTLY what we wanted. We were picky, we wanted a 2024, Lariat, with the Ultimate package, the High Output engine, and the black appearance package. It took a little while, but they found it in another state. They coordinated the transfer to Lakewood, let us know that it had arrived, and ASKED US when we had time to come by. Our drive was close to an hour. When we arrive, Oscar met us as we walked in, let us drive the truck to confirm that it was what we wanted and then let us sign the paperwork. Best part is that we had discussed price, trade in and incentives before hand with non of that crazy painful haggling. When working with Marcus the finance guy, he was pleasant, actually fun and made the process go quickly. I forgot the title to our trade in, they gave me a FEDEX envelope to sent it back to them. I happened to be in the area a week later and was able to hand deliver it. When I walked in, both Tori and Oscar came up to me and asked me how I liked the truck, is there anything I needed and walked me through the questions I had. I would definitely work with this team again. HANDS DOWN, a great experience! More
I have avoided ford vehicles for years, even though as a kid, my dad was sold on fords and so was his dad. I’ve owned three. I unfortunately found a used truck (not ford) at this dealership and went in to kid, my dad was sold on fords and so was his dad. I’ve owned three. I unfortunately found a used truck (not ford) at this dealership and went in to view and ultimately purchase. Of course, they want your business and were super accommodating and friendly. After the sale, however, I found I was missing paperwork and reached back to retrieve it. That is where this nightmare began. My sales associate would not call me back. The dealership promised twice to hand deliver to me at my address. It didn’t happen. I was promised twice for an overnight delivery via fedex to me. It didn’t happen. I left two messages with management. No return calls. Spoke three times to finance and they acted like they didn’t even know who I was. My sales person was Josh. No follow through at all. The Finance staff was Sergio and Chris. No follow through and ignored me. Gave me lip service. Manager was Mr. Bland. No follow through. Didn’t return my call. Team member Mike Martin. No follow through. And a sales member who promised to deliver to me at my house for the third time named Armando. No follow through. I know again why I walked away from fords. It was this same type of total disregard for the customer. It wasn’t the vehicles in any case. It was other items they did or didn’t do around the sale that kept me away. Avoid this dealership at ALL costs. Avoid ford period. More

I had the worst experience at this car service. Not only was the service itself subpar, but the customer service reps were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They seemed annoyed by basic questions Not only was the service itself subpar, but the customer service reps were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They seemed annoyed by basic questions and acted like I was an inconvenience. To make matters worse, the repairs took far longer than promised, and they didn’t even bother to provide updates. I left feeling frustrated and completely dissatisfied. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I recommend taking your car elsewhere. This place is a nightmare. More
I took around three months researching and finally purchased my new Maverick yesterday. I talked to five different dealerships, and it was frustrating. Just an inquiry would spur two weeks worth of an purchased my new Maverick yesterday. I talked to five different dealerships, and it was frustrating. Just an inquiry would spur two weeks worth of an onslaught of calls, and quite rightly de at times (Omeara.) This was not the case at Larry H Miller. Chris Oviedo and Conor Baughman were and continue to be exceptional. Free of pressure, knowledgeable, and even after the sale have been there for me to answer questions. I’m walking away confident in my choice of dealership, and I absolutely recommend these two individuals. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but in this case, they really did go over and above. Thank you! More
In my over 50 years of buying vehicles I have never had the caring service I received from Larry H Miller Ford. The friendly and professionalism was without a doubt the best ever.
