I have avoided ford vehicles for years, even though as a kid, my dad was sold on fords and so was his dad. I’ve owned three. I unfortunately found a used truck (not ford) at this dealership and went in to kid, my dad was sold on fords and so was his dad. I’ve owned three. I unfortunately found a used truck (not ford) at this dealership and went in to view and ultimately purchase. Of course, they want your business and were super accommodating and friendly. After the sale, however, I found I was missing paperwork and reached back to retrieve it. That is where this nightmare began. My sales associate would not call me back. The dealership promised twice to hand deliver to me at my address. It didn’t happen. I was promised twice for an overnight delivery via fedex to me. It didn’t happen. I left two messages with management. No return calls. Spoke three times to finance and they acted like they didn’t even know who I was. My sales person was Josh. No follow through at all. The Finance staff was Sergio and Chris. No follow through and ignored me. Gave me lip service. Manager was Mr. Bland. No follow through. Didn’t return my call. Team member Mike Martin. No follow through. And a sales member who promised to deliver to me at my house for the third time named Armando. No follow through. I know again why I walked away from fords. It was this same type of total disregard for the customer. It wasn’t the vehicles in any case. It was other items they did or didn’t do around the sale that kept me away. Avoid this dealership at ALL costs. Avoid ford period. More

I had the worst experience at this car service. Not only was the service itself subpar, but the customer service reps were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They seemed annoyed by basic questions and acted like I was an inconvenience. To make matters worse, the repairs took far longer than promised, and they didn’t even bother to provide updates. I left feeling frustrated and completely dissatisfied. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I recommend taking your car elsewhere. This place is a nightmare. More
I took around three months researching and finally purchased my new Maverick yesterday. I talked to five different dealerships, and it was frustrating. Just an inquiry would spur two weeks worth of an onslaught of calls, and quite rightly de at times (Omeara.) This was not the case at Larry H Miller. Chris Oviedo and Conor Baughman were and continue to be exceptional. Free of pressure, knowledgeable, and even after the sale have been there for me to answer questions. I’m walking away confident in my choice of dealership, and I absolutely recommend these two individuals. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but in this case, they really did go over and above. Thank you! More

I'd give them a 0 rating if that was an option. Their charges are outrageous. In July 2024 I spent $2700 for a 100k mile scheduled maintenance they advertised for a few hundred dollars. Their mecha Their charges are outrageous. In July 2024 I spent $2700 for a 100k mile scheduled maintenance they advertised for a few hundred dollars. Their mechanics kept calling with additional issues, until they got to a broken dipstick that had to be replaced - an $80 part they charged $666.69 to fix. I knew that was a huge overcharge, but by that time they'd had my car for days and I just needed it back. When I picked up the car, the mechanic told me that the dipstick must have been broken by Grease xxxxxx when they did the prior oil change - and that I should go after Grease xxxxxx for the repair cost, because "either they broke the dipstick during the oil change, or it was broken so they couldn't change the oil, and either way they should have told you." I called Grease xxxxxx, who said they changed the oil in November 2023- but that the next service was in January 2024 - at Larry Miller Ford. Larry Miller Ford's January 2024 invoice said that they: "Checked fluid levels and topped them off if needed." So Larry Miller Ford said they checked the fluid levels in January and everything was fine, which was exactly what they said Grease xxxxxx did wrong - they either broke the dipstick themselves, or they didn't tell me it was broken when they said they checked the oil levels. But Larry Miller Ford won't take responsibility for the exact thing they accused Grease xxxxxx of doing and wanted to offer me a couple of "free" oil changes. In addition, when I picked up my car in January, I noticed that the cover for the engine was dragging underneath the car - they didn't fasten the bolt that connects the cover to the car. Larry Miller Ford asked me to bring the car back so they could fix it - I said "No, I'm not going to drive it and have the engine cover rip off - send a mobile unit to fix your mistake." The mobile unit attached the engine cover with a plastic zip tie - I still need to take that back so they can fix their shoddy repair. When I called and asked Larry Miller Ford to adjust my bill to reflect the outrageous price for replacing the dipstick, Larry Miller Ford said it was Grease xxxxxx’s fault. That shop is full of very nice mechanics but when they screw up the customer is screwed. Do not trust them. Look at all the “1” ratings they receive for service and go somewhere else. More
They had no idea where my car was when it was supposed to be picked up for service. It took the entire day, but no one knew where my car was and it was never actually fixed. I thought this might be a one-off be picked up for service. It took the entire day, but no one knew where my car was and it was never actually fixed. I thought this might be a one-off problem, but talking to a friend later, the exact same thing happened to them. More
