I found Ryan Garlic (Finance Manager) to be very rude & unprofessional towards us as the paying customer. Ryan needs to work on his people skills. Everyone was very helpful. J. R. went through all the features of the car and programed my phone into SYNC - he was very attentive to helping us understand all about the car. Page (don't remember his last name) was most helpful in getting us a demo car to drive and making sure that we were taken care of. Gary was very professional in handling the financial part of the deal and, like the others, made sure that we were comfortable with our understanding of the sale.
