My typical experience(for oil change) has been thta I'm told 30-45 minutes and usually took about 1.5 hours. Vehical would be pulled out front and I wait 5-10 minutes to sign out and leave. I did not feel like there was much concern of my being there waiting for my vehical. This time the lady in the drive got my information and said it would be 45 mninuts and she would let me know when it was ready. As she stated it was 45 minutes and personaly came to get me and tell me the vehical was ready. I felt like this was a huge improvement over customer service. I want to purchase a Mirror with the outside temp built into it however I have come in twice and called once and have yet to get a response from the accessories department. I left a message a couple months ago with no response (rex) then stopped in, Rex was busy when I was down there left a business card with the information on it and still no call. I was there monday and personally talked to I think len or lance? at the accessories desk he took my information and said he would call me with a price, still no call? AFter no call I finaly went to Henry Day Ford and recieved prompt perfessional service. I have not yet ordered the mirror as you are much closer and convenient to me, but looks like I may be forced to go elseware. Thanks for your time More

A piece of interior trim popped off and I wasn't able to put it back on. I drove into the service bay and was met by a young woman (unfortunately I didn't get her name)who was very courteous and took the put it back on. I drove into the service bay and was met by a young woman (unfortunately I didn't get her name)who was very courteous and took the car in immediately to see what needed to be done. About 40 minutes later we were informed by a service technician that it was all taken care of and that he also found where a pieced of velcro under the dash had slipped and he took care of that also. I was very pleased with the results and the fact that my problem was fixed quickly and correctly. Thanks!! More

I was given very special treatment by the sales person and service manager. Sorry but ive forgotten there names its been several months since I've had to talk to any of them. The service manager and store manager both made sure that I was taken care of with an extra keyless entry key and a frame that holds the license plate on the front bumper of the car. I found Ryan Garlic (Finance Manager) to be very rude & unprofessional towards us as the paying customer. Ryan needs to work on his people skills. Everyone was very helpful. J. R. went through all the features of the car and programed my phone into SYNC - he was very attentive to helping us understand all about the car. Page (don't remember his last name) was most helpful in getting us a demo car to drive and making sure that we were taken care of. Gary was very professional in handling the financial part of the deal and, like the others, made sure that we were comfortable with our understanding of the sale. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would do business with this dealership again without hesitation. More
