I brought my ranger in at 7:00 a.m. expecting to wait. DIRTBAGS....complete pricks. Let me explain my regretful experience with Champion Ford. I worked with the salesman Jon Lindburg. He was a horrible salesman. Didn't know anything about the truck I was looking at. I had to remind him several times to get me the inspection. Whenever he didn't know the answer to a question, he would just smile and nod his head. Fortunately, I already knew everything I needed to know about the truck I was looking at. But he had horrible follow through, not informed, and didn't do any leg work without several reminders. I will never use him again. STEPHEN J. PRETORIUS - sales manager and complete prick. This unprofessional, selfish, conniving, and extremely rude sales manager was getting upset, clearly upset, that I wanted minor items in the vehicle fixed before I purchased it. He had a look of "why do we have to fix all this stuff, you should just buy it as is, stop wasting my time, either buy it or get out". Also, whenever I asked for a receipt for their inspection, he tried to convince me that it was all completed, yet wouldn't give me a receipt, and just signed a piece a paper as if that was enough documentation. As we walked back to his office, he gave another employee the notion of choking or strangling someone, as if that is what he wanted to do to us. He didn't know we were looking, but we saw it. I will be calling into the dealership to complain as well. But Stephen will never get my business, nor any of my family or friends business. He was impudent, disrespectful, and classless. He also has a heavy accent, and when coupled with his crass attitude he appears to not care about anyone. Stay clear of him. Gary Hummel in financing was great. Nice guy. We didn't have to deal much with him since we paid cash for the truck. But he was the best person we spoke with. Don't ever buy anything from Jon or Stephen, unless you want to be treated poorly, insulted, and feel menial. More
The service that I needed to be completed was done quickly and completed as I requested. Every other experience with the service department has been great. I was a little disappointed this time. I had work done to replace the window regulator. The service people didn't clean the window when t been great. I was a little disappointed this time. I had work done to replace the window regulator. The service people didn't clean the window when they were done and there were markings left from the suction cups that they used to hold the window. There was also a foot mark on the door panel where it looks like they used their foot to either put the door back together or to hold the door open. That made for a less-than-great service experience for me this time. More
When we brought our Navigator in to LHM to be worked on we were told we would have the car back in 2-3 days unless they had to send away for a part. I questioned the service rep about the short estimated we were told we would have the car back in 2-3 days unless they had to send away for a part. I questioned the service rep about the short estimated time they would need to repair the head gasket because told him the three other places I took the car had told me it would take at least a week. Finally 10 days later after not hearing anything from LHM called and was told they were just finishing up the paper work and wanted to get my car all detailed for me and that would take 2-3 more hours. LHM called 1 hour later and told me my car was ready. When we picked up the car it had only been washed on the outside. If someone tells me they are going to detail my car I assume they will at least be vacuuming the inside. So instead of using the word "detail" they should just say they are washing the car. I did appreciate having my car washed. I wish that LHM had done a better job of keeping me informed about how long it was really taking to get my car fixed. Luckily I don't use that car for my primary vehicle so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. I just appreciate being kept informed. LHM did have the best pricing for this repair by about $1,000. I appreciate your friendly staff and will use LHM in the future. Thanks Pam Erickson More

All three of these people are awesome! The work that I have done has been performed in a timely manner. I have recommended the service at LHM Sandy to friends and neighbors who drive Fords.
