I rarely, if ever, fill out a review like this but I felt I should as a result of my recent experience with this dealership. Nicole was my customer service person and was very professional, nice and efficient. They arranged for a rental car while they were working on my trans and she kept me updated on the progress of the repair. I am not sure who the mechanic was that worked on my transmission but I intend to find out and thank him directly for the work he did. My truck is running better than the day I bought it and I appreciate the great work they did. Also appreciated them washing the truck for me. I intend to have this particular service dept work on my truck from here on. MS More
We had a great experience with Larry H. Miller Sandy because of Dave Hazell. He was honest with us throughout our entire car buying process and worked very hard to find me the car of my dreams. He kept in touch with me for over 4 months while he was looking to find my car. Dave turned my feelings around from hating Larry H. Miller to loving them in fact after I purchased the car I ended up with my husband had mentioned wanting to find a car for himself and the first thing I said was "I'm only going to deal with Dave." Dave Hazell turned a bad experience into a great experience and I would trust him with all of my car buying needs. Thank you Dave!!! More

Our Flex had a grinding coming from the front brakes. After some research on the Internet I found out there was a TSB associated with the noise. Originally we took it to the dealer that we bought it from and the acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. After having the car for almost three weeks (yep you read that right) they gave it back and said they had bent some tabs out to stop the noise. Well it didn't. We put up with it for a while thinking that all the dealers would have the same attitude. I was wrong!! I met Josh thru a local Mustang club and asked him about it. He knew exactly what I was talking about, helped me schedule with Rex, and got it done in two days. Josh Wines and LHM Ford have earned my business life. More
Wendy called me and set up a time for us to meet. She had the car pulled up and ready for me when I got there. Eric said, "you can go until you feel comfortable with the car." We talked price and it was in the range I could afford, the transaction was complete before the work crew had the car cleaned, gassed and ready for me. I had a really good experience. I know this might not be the best compliment to you, but it is to me--I felt like I was dealing with Saturn again. I left VERY HAPPY! More

I had a cracked windshield on a 2 month old truck and through communicating with the service person and service manager the reason behind the crack was explained. Wende was very professional and friendly. I just came in for an oil change and I was thinking it would cost more at a dealer than Jiffy Lube or someplace. But I was wrong. I got a great deal on 3 oil change for an oil change and I was thinking it would cost more at a dealer than Jiffy Lube or someplace. But I was wrong.
