Wendy your sale representative help me get a great price on oil changes, I ask her about a quote on tires and your price was equal to the lowest price that I had found. Windows look terrific. There is one little scratch in the tint on the rear drivers side door. Came in for our 60k service for our Ford 2010 Explorer. When picking it up the price was about double what I was expecting. I had received an email from customer service several days before explaining all the 60k would include with prices. What they email said and what they did were two completely different lists. We spoke with Keith and showed him the email I had received and they honored the amount I was told I would be. It is very unusual for corporations to actually take care of there customers but this location did (90th so 200 w Sandy). To my amazement we walked out paying what we were told! We were totally satisfied with the way it was handled. They did not hassle us nor did we case a scene. It was worked out before we even arrived to pick up the vehicle. I will for future services make sure we all have a general cost and what services are to be rendered. Thank you for great customer care. More

I would recommend your dealership for service every time over the dealership on 1300 South. Given my recent visits to the 1300 South service center my expectations were exceeded at the Sandy Dealership. Only once, after a complaint to the Service Manager at the 1300 South dealership, did I feel they treated me as a valued customer, but at the Sandy dealership it was a completely different experience. As customers we always have choices and I'll choose the Sandy Service Center every time. Thanks Richard! Dave Adams More

Purchased ford truck 4 years ago. Didn't find out the only service dealer in Utah who can repair this truck is in sandy, 150 miles away until the first time it broke down. $750 tow bill. Each time it broke down we had to tow it 150 to 320 miles each time. The tow bills broke me. The salesman I bought it from didn't tell me the service limitations. One of the brake downs was a bad generator, which they sent to Richfield to be installed. 3weeks later it went out again and we towed it to sandy. We were told it had an after market generator on it an it wouldn't be on warranty. Told them we bought it from you 3 weeks ago but they wouldn't release the truck till we paid the $700. After a few phone calls we were told we would receive refund, but haven't got a dime. The last time it was towed to sandy was April. Was told it was fixed so went to get it, gave them $1100. I only got a mile down the road till it quit. Between the repair bills and tow bills we are up above $10,000. Today it is still in their repair yard. Rob Zimmerman has been good to work with but can't do anything. I am writing this review to help anyone thinking of buying a vehicle from them from making a mistake. I learned my lesson. More
