I made an early appointment on Monday and never heard anything until I called them multiple times in the afternoon. They hadn’t even diagnosed the problem yet. I finally got a call around 4pm with the es anything until I called them multiple times in the afternoon. They hadn’t even diagnosed the problem yet. I finally got a call around 4pm with the estimate and was told they probably couldn’t get the part in by closing time but would have it done in the morning. I finally received a phone call the next afternoon. The bill was over the estimate and seems excessive. More
Personnel upfront do a great job, but the quality control their technicians needs improvement. I have left several reviews and have seen zero follow up from their leadership. This is a clear sign that they d their technicians needs improvement. I have left several reviews and have seen zero follow up from their leadership. This is a clear sign that they do not care about who keeps them in business. Once I use what I have paid for from my warranty, I will not be returning to this dealership nor any Larry Miller dealership. It isn’t the same genuine care for customers that was once there when the Millers owned the business. More

I'm a disabled veteran, I was injured back in 2003, I've been trying to get off of disability for the last ten years. But due to my injury i can't hold a normal job. I decided to try and start my own littl been trying to get off of disability for the last ten years. But due to my injury i can't hold a normal job. I decided to try and start my own little excavation company in 2020. I did a bunch of research and decided to invest in my first new truck since I've had horrible luck with used vehicles, and wanted something reliable. I decided to invest in a brand new 2021 Ford f350 power stroke to pull my equipment around. I loved how the truck drove, it pulled my equipment like a dream. For the first six months it worked like a champ. But then the nightmare began. LHM Ford called and said they needed to fix a recall on my truck. I brought it down to them and left it for them to fix after they had my truck fit around 2 weeks they called and said they had most of it done but was waiting for parts to fix the rest, and said that I could pick it up and drive it until the part came in since it was my only vehicle and I lived about 100 miles away, so I had to make arrangements to borrow other people's vehicles while my truck was down. A few weeks later they called and said the part was in and to bring my truck down to get it fixed. I brought it down and dropped it off for another week or two. They called and said my truck was finished so I came down picked it up thinking it was fixed. A few weeks later they called and said they the part in to fix my truck. I thought it was weird but brought it back. They did this seven times too me. Finally I was helping a friend out about 60 miles away and started driving home luckily I didn't have a load on, my back end blew out only to find out after bringing it in seven times they never fixed my truck. It took nine weeks to get the parts in to fix my truck. Next I was going out of town and my truck lights started going crazy. I brought it in for them to fix they had my truck for 4 weeks called me and told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I came to pick my truck up drove it for one mile and the lights went crazy so I turned around brought it back so they could see it. It took them another six weeks to fix it. August my truck electronics started to fail. I dropped it off they had it for seven months before they claimed to fix it. I've picked it up 3 times now and everytime the check engine light comes on someday. That doesn't even cover all the times I brought it in. In the three years I've owned the truck it's been down for 15 months. They have told me multiple times to find a new dealership to fix my truck. Ford Corp wants to give me 6k towards a new truck, that doesn't even cover taxes on a new truck. Plus my interest rate would be triple of what I have, my payments would be almost $700 more then my current payment which I'm struggling to make being out of work for 9 months because I can't move my equipment. But I still got my monthly payments to look forward too. Thanks Ford I used to think ford was one of the last good car manufacturers, that took pride in their work, customers. But I was way wrong. I wish they would just do what's right and either fix my truck or help me get a new one. More
