They don't listen. They don't follow through. We made an appointment with Christina to have her show us a very specific car at another Larry H. Miller Dealership in the area. When we got to the dealership, she was nowhere to be found for about 20 minutes. Then she proceeded to re-ask for all the info I had already given her over the phone. She then had us meet her at the dealership where the particular car we wanted was at. Only to find out that it had sold 3 HOURS before our appointment. I even asked her to call ahead to verify the car was there and she didn't, though she claimed that she did. Terrible customer service. Don't go here! EDIT: regarding the response made by dealer on March 17, 2015. The claim that you were "given the wrong info" is completely besides the point. I called Christina at about 9am to make the appointment for that evening. Before we left the first dealership she had us wait so she could call and make sure the car was at the other location. She came back from the phone and said she would meet us at LHM Honda, when we got there, 10 minutes later, she said the car was sold 3 hours prior and hadn't talked to LHM Honda since 9am that morning. Meaning she lied about calling them from LHM ford. If you had incorrect info at all, it came from your dealerships. You people refuse to be honest, its your business model. More

As I get older (I'm in my mid-50s now), the more I want the process to be easy and straight forward. My experience at Larry H. Miller Ford Lincoln Sandy was top notch! My sales person was Amanda Evenstad and she was great to work with. I am a difficult buyer and I put Amanda through the paces and she did a great job. I highly recommend you see Amanda for your next car. You can even tell her Shawn recommended her to you. If you know car buying, it’s not just the sales person you work with. Sales persons work in teams and Amanda’s floor manager is Jeff Winn. Jeff is an upfront and honest person (as is Amanda) that I would do business with again without reservation. At no time did I feel I was being taken advantage of or that I could not trust them. Both Amanda and Jeff were personable and easy to work with. As for Finance, it also was a great experience. All buyers should know that the finance person will always try to sell you an extended warranty. That is part of their job. I always buy the extended warranty and here is why. Our circumstances in life can change without notice and knowing that I don't need to worry about car repairs lets me focus on more important things like spending time with family, working hard at work, etc. I have been unemployed a few times and cash was very tight but I didn't need to worry about unexpected auto repairs. So, spending a few extra grand is worth knowing my family won't be broken down out in the deserts of Arizona or the mountains of Utah (we moved to Utah from Arizona). Breaking down on a remote road, in Arizona, during the summer could be deadly so I don't mess around with the safety of my family. People will tell you that extended warranties are not a good deal. Well, for me they always are. One last note. Visit Dave in Accessories. He helped me out with a scratch my son put onto the side of my two day old F150. Great service from everyone at LHM in Sandy. One last note. I shopped two different dealers to get the best deal I could. I chose LHM Sandy because I didn't get the straight scoop from the other dealer. Don't waste your time with another dealer. LHM Ford in Sandy is a straight up from the get go. More
