My sales person, Eric, was courteous and professional. His bosses are crooks. Outright LIARS!!! I will never refer anyone there. But I will warn a thousand to beware of the untrustworthy dishonest people they are. More

Going above and beyond duty Salesman David took me over to the Labor Day white tent sale. He bought me a hamburger on a test drive! I had buyer's remorse the next morning. David told me to bring it back and we went over the contract. It was more than I could fit into my budget. David talked to his boss and they let me look for a cheaper vehicle. David took me over to the tent sale again and helped me find a vehicle I was more happy with. There were small things that needed fixing that were not covered under my contract.. David bought the small parts with his own money and fixed up the car. I thought that was real great customer service and I will never forget that! More

His sales manager and the finance person were equally professional and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. Steve Holmes: liar and cheater Steve Holmes lied to me twice. I recorded conversations I had with Steve and he always changes his story then when you want to show him lying and it shows in the recording guess who doesn't want to listen....STEVE HOLMES....I try to talk to him and show him he is lying but all he does when I am around is put his head down and lie and tells me to leave. What a joke. I also have recordings from other representatives admitting that Steve lied. I unfortunately got lied to so anyone looking to get a vehicle from larry h miller in sandy avoid it like a plaque unless you want to be lied to or cheated on. Like I said I have him recorded 2xs lying. Terrible customer service it took then 2 months to get my vehicle purchased? ? WHAT!! I had to go through the bank and then go back to the dealership...car was ready to get purchased but what was Steve doing lying to another customer...until I went back a third time and sat down with them had them call the bank figure out what the snag was...any guesses...yup your right larry H miller...mind you every other time I went in there they said everything was getting taken care of and would be done that day. Well we all know what happens when I was there they had the lady on speaker talking to her then when I asked the lady what's been taking so long guess who puts the speaker on off? Yup again your right...Those aren't even the lies I am talking about...There much worse. Hope this gets to thousands of customers and pushes them away!! DO NOT GO THERE. ..IF YOU INSIST DO NOT WORK WITH STEVE HOLMS!! More

I have purchased a number of vehicles over time, and I'm glad I wasn't a rookie at it as they tried all the tricks in the book. They pushed hard for me to purchase things I don't want or need; they constantly claimed they "forgot" to tell me about some of fees, costs, etc. The price that they sent to me via email was different than the sales contract. Even after discussing the matter with their finance manager, the paperwork was still a mess. They claimed that they had to have my social security number even though it was a cash purchase and I refused. They promised that they would have the title work to me within two weeks, and that didn't happen. I basically had to threaten them to get the title work. It was far too much work for a simple transaction. I will definitely not purchase anything here again. More
