Fast friendly service I came in on a Tuesday morning, and left my Lincoln MKZ for its first servicing. The emissions and inspections service is great and renewal on site of State inspection saves time. The lack of a "convenience fee" on the renewal did not go unnoticed. Finally - Wende is awesome. She's always great to deal with where as some of the men can be a little less than attentive. Wende never disappoints. More

We talked on the phone about what we needed and why. I'm disabled and they went over and above to help us out. We knew what we wanted but went home to think about our purchase over the weekend. Great Service! My cylinder ignition lock went out in my 2010 Ford Focus. I brought to the Ford in Sandy. I stated to the Service Advisor that I was having an iss My cylinder ignition lock went out in my 2010 Ford Focus. I brought to the Ford in Sandy. I stated to the Service Advisor that I was having an issue to turn my car on, He took a lock at it and stated that he would have his Tech take a look at it. Couple hours later I got a call back from their Service Advisor Mitch stating that my cylinder ignition lock was shot and it needed to be replaced, he stated it should be under warranty and I would only need to pay $100.00 for my deductible. On Monday I get a call stating that the Warranty Company would not warranty the part and I would need to come up with $467 for the Parts and Labor. While in a complete panic on what I was going to do I spoke with their Service Manager Brian who stated to me he would talk to the SA and get back to me. I got a call back within a few mins from the SA stating that I would need to pay my $100 and they would take care of the rest! They did a great job on my Car and I plan on going back for further business! Thanks Mitch and Brian you guys are AMAZING! More

Early on the day I was to return and complete the sale I received a call from them stating that the car had been sold. Absolutely dishonest management. My sales person, Eric, was courteous and professional. His bosses are crooks. Outright LIARS!!! I will never refer anyone there. But I will warn a thousand to beware of the untrustworthy dishonest people they are. More

Going above and beyond duty Salesman David took me over to the Labor Day white tent sale. He bought me a hamburger on a test drive! I had buyer's remorse the next morning. David told me to bring it back and we went over the contract. It was more than I could fit into my budget. David talked to his boss and they let me look for a cheaper vehicle. David took me over to the tent sale again and helped me find a vehicle I was more happy with. There were small things that needed fixing that were not covered under my contract.. David bought the small parts with his own money and fixed up the car. I thought that was real great customer service and I will never forget that! More
