Having owned an Edge three years earlier and was now driving an older Corolla, I was please to know that the Escape had been redesigned and better fit my needs for the price. Eric was a concerned gentlemen all the way an was a pleasure to work with. My Sales Manager, David Cisneros, did a great job in doing all he could to help with the pricing side of the sales. STAY AWAY !!! We purchased a used car with only 63k miles, a power train warranty up to 100k miles and a clean title. We were told they inspected the car thorou !!! We purchased a used car with only 63k miles, a power train warranty up to 100k miles and a clean title. We were told they inspected the car thoroughly and that there were NO issues. When the car was delivered to us in Logan, it was immediately making a constant squeaking noise. They told us to take it to a local shop and get an estimate - $645+. Larry H Miller told us too bad, they would not look at, fix it, or take it back. This was not covered under the warranty. They had our money. I would NEVER trust this dealership and would recommend you be very wary. It seems their inspection process is either not very detailed or their mechanics are not very good. We’re now stuck with a car needing immediate repairs and who knows what else is wrong. We have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission under Part 455.1 - misrepresenting the mechanical condition of a used vehicle. If you have any trouble with this company we recommend you do the same by calling the FTC at (202) 326-2222. More

Very friendly and knowledgeable service men I had a recall on my car so they got it fixed very quickly for me and for free. I appreciate their service!
