Used car purchase I flew 500 miles to inspect a used car I was interested in. The car was as represented and I bought it. Was treated fairly and respectfully. My only I flew 500 miles to inspect a used car I was interested in. The car was as represented and I bought it. Was treated fairly and respectfully. My only complaint is that the car did not have the owners manual and requests to provide same were ignored. The used car is a Ford and The seller is a Ford dealership so it should have been easy for them to procure a manual for the new owner of this complex car. Problem is that I discovered the situation after driving 500 miles home and was easy for them to ignore. More

Long wait but good service 5/2/16-- After 2.5 hrs, I was told the cost for everything would be $786 & would be done in another 1.5 hrs. although I t took 2 hrs. Military discount was given which cut the bill by $71. $13,500 trade-in was offered for my vehicle. For filling their request to speak with a sales manager, I was promised movie tickets but none we're received. More

Bad sales experience even worse on service The sales person had slipped in a bunch of add-ons which I had explicitly said no to (early warning sign of bad ethics). Then there were two mechanica The sales person had slipped in a bunch of add-ons which I had explicitly said no to (early warning sign of bad ethics). Then there were two mechanical issues with the car. Initially, I thought things were fine as they agreed the warranty covered the mechanical issues. When I showed up for the appointment, they didn't have my reserved loaner car, and didn't have the necessary parts that they told me were in. 3 weeks later, they said it was a totally different issue and they tried to deny even diagnosing it the first time. I finally got my car back after MANY weeks of arguing with them. This dealership is deceitful and is the perfect example of why people hate auto dealerships. The vehicle is nice but don't go to Larry H. Miller. One way or another, they will rip you off. More
