The people at LH Miller Ford were very helpful and friendly. Dan Wilson pushed to get the work I needed done a quickly as he could. The 3rd party company was very difficult to work with, but Dan pushed the 3rd party until they did what they were supposed to do. Josh was also very helpful in following up on the progress of the work, once it was covered by the 3rd party. More
A Breath of Fresh Air Nowadays it is almost impossible to receive good customer service. Do employees even know the definition of the word?!? Many businesses, department stores, restaurants and any other place that sells something to the public have no one on the salesfoor at all; waiters & waitresses have it backwards - I've experienced more "waiting" on my "server" than I have ever been waited on. Try walking into a department store and see how long it takes for a salesclerk to approach you, IF there actually are any in sight at all. Whatever happened to being checked in on a few times while in a dressing room to see if another size or style may be needed? We've become so desensitized to the consideration of anyone else. It is truly a disgrace to live amongst a community of fellow human beings who more commonly interact through "road rage" experiences & flipping off other drivers than showing respect and consideration. Selflessness has been replaced with selfishness; ask a millennial what the word "service" means and they'll probably either say, "I don't know," or "like, when, you have to call a plumber cuz the toilet gets clogged, stuff like that?" I feel so sad for the people being born now. We cannot communicate effectively anymore; they'll never even say "their first word," they'll just text it because it's too hard to actually talk with another person face to face. But I digress.. My point is that I thought about all of the things I just said because of how much opposite it felt to interact with each person at Larry H. Miller Ford/Lincoln in Sandy. Walking in was a breath of fresh air. The experience made me pinch myself several times because I was being treated the way people everywhere ought to treat others. I wasn't ignored like some random stranger the way I am basically anywhere else I go. If you want to have a successful business, you keep business by not ignoring your customers or by treating them like they're just another pain in your xxx workday. I was so impressed that I almost fainted by the extraordinary experience of being treated the way all people ought to be treated; respectfully, kindly, friendly, courteously and professionally. Oh, ask a millennial (or any person of any age, regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, if they have purple hair or blue skin - ask anyone if they've ever heard of the "golden rule," and even though I'm not much of a gamblin man, I'd bet big bucks you'd get more "golden what's?" "I have no idea," or "a gold plated ruler or something that's, like, gold & stuff." Go ahead, come on, I dare ya, look it up; "Google" it. Everyone knows how to google. We love to google, and gaga and goo goo and foo foo and gag me with a spoon then barf me out the door. Thank you LHM Lincoln! You restored my hope in humanity. More

They got me right in When I took our Ford truck to a quick lube place to have the oil changed, they told me the oil plug was broken. Since they didn't have the part there, When I took our Ford truck to a quick lube place to have the oil changed, they told me the oil plug was broken. Since they didn't have the part there, they highly recommended I take it to a dealership to get it replaced. I went to Larry H. Miller Ford dealership in Sandy. They got me right in and replaced the plug as well as draining out way too much oil they quick lube place had put in so I was at the correct level. They did all of this for $4:20, the cost of the part. Thanks so much. More

Very efficient and friendly service department Upon entering the service bay, I was immediately greeted, then escorted to an available service writer. Kim lisented to my needs and went above and beyond. I went in for an oil change and had responsibly fast service. Everyone was very polite and Kim honed in on a question I had asked him and had it taken I went in for an oil change and had responsibly fast service. I had just had my car washed prior to my visit so he had a few scratches buffed out instead. I really appreciated it. A coupon for a car wash was also left in my vehicle. In the past I can't say I've had such good service there but this visit will keep me going back. Thanks Kim! More
