Went in for Service to review some items. I took the day off for this. Minimal if any interaction with person assigned to me. When I did speak with him he sounded confused and definitely did I took the day off for this. Minimal if any interaction with person assigned to me. When I did speak with him he sounded confused and definitely did not have my best interest in mind or wanted my business. When I picked up my car 0 interaction, he or another guy did not ask if I wanted to move forward on any of the items, 0 post follow up. I was just handed my keys by the another guy. I’ve been to this service department previously for a recall issue and it was outstanding. This past visit was POOR and I do not trust them enough to go back. Definitely not impressive nor would I return. More

When I set up an appointment to get an oil change, I don't expect to get several texts and phone calls asking if I'd like to get an appraisal on my car, would I like to sell my car? Funny that I am sent to set up my appointment online instead of talking to a real person. And yet you have people calling me and infringing on my time about things I'm not interested in. I just want an oil change. If I were interested in selling my car.I know how to get to the sales department and ask for help there. But again I scheduled an oil change and all I wanted was an oil change, not to be pestered by texts and phone calls. A reminder text and a text saying, my car is in to get serviced and here's a number to call if you have questions is perfectly acceptable and appreciated but that's where it ends. I know I can't be the only one who is extremely annoyed by this process. I hope you will take a serious look at these practices and make some changes. The service department did a great job on my oil change and rotating my tires and corresponding with me on all things related to my service. More
Having transmission issues on a 2021 ranger. It was sent in because I felt it slipping and it also didn’t go into reverse. They said it was safe to drive until then, however after coming back to me I was driving it around and completely lost power. I was nearly T-boned by another vehicle. More
