I haven't purchased the 2017 yet because the platinum model isn't available yet, but definitely will through this dealer. I've had excellent experience here with sales and service on my few new trucks. More
Oil change/Emissions nightmare Took my Expedition in for an oil change and emissions today. Went back to pick it up several hours later and now it's idling rough and the CEL light is on. Went straight back in and told them and they had a tech come and run the code for me. He told me the code showed a misfire on one of my cylinders and then simply looked at me and said "these things happen". I realize parts wear out, but it's hard to fathom it being fine when I dropped it off and now all of the sudden it throws a code after they perform what is supposed to be routine services! To top it off one of their people called me later to do the service satisfaction review. I explained the problem to him and he seemed to genuinely want to help. He promised to call me back tonight before they closed. Still waiting. I've had a few other bad experiences at their service department over the years of having this vehicle serviced there exclusively. Things such as being told that brakes need to be replaced (until I show them service records showing THEY replaced them just 12k miles prior) or once having the plastic, rear cargo door panel severely damaged by a tech while repairing the rear wiper motor. He didn't even report it. I just happened to notice it before I left the lot! Things like this make me question the integrity of the place and lead me to believe it might just be time to finally go elsewhere! More

This place gave me top-of-the-line service. I was very hesitant on buying a new vehicle, after spending a few days researching and also test driving vehicles. I became more hesitant on purchasi I was very hesitant on buying a new vehicle, after spending a few days researching and also test driving vehicles. I became more hesitant on purchasing a product from this location after seeing the reviews. But I'm glad I did not base my choice on reviews or others opinions. I was very impressed with the customer service/sales representative and the knowledge she had on the Ford products ( she had a great product knowledge and knew the vehicles like the back of her hand). The representative that assisted me was Victoria. I hope the Ford family understands how much Victoria helped me with my choice and gave amazing customer service she is an asset. Also, The Ford Family delivered everything they said they would; Worked around my budget, took care of my trade-in, cleaned my new car, gave me gas, took care of optional accessories, tent, paint coating, wheels and etc. The also gave me a complementary ride to work/ home when repairs had to get done. So far this place has been excellent and looking forward to having a long lasting relationship with this car dealership. Keep up the good work there are many years to come. More

After the vehicle wash there were water spots on the windows, hood, bumpers, just a very quick and poor wipe down. Now I need to wash my truck myself to get a decent job. If my vehicle was dirty I would not complain, but my truck was very clean. This is the first time I have a vehicle washed, at your dealership or I would have said "no wash". More
