They were offering 6 year financing at 0%, and we got several discounts and rebates direct from Lincoln for using their search engine, and have had previous good experiences with Miller Lexus in Murray. They allowed almost the top price Blue Book had estimated on their site; and we reached agreement on the price pretty quickly. Doc prep seemed to take a while, but this was the first time I have financed a car purchase, and it took less time than a real estate closing does. We had to wait about another hour before the car was ready for the "presentation"; we had dogs that were at home and needed to be let out, and we were getting antsy about that. All told, we spent a little over four hours at the dealership, but drove away with a new MKX, traded in the old Lexus, just moved our stuff from the Lexus to the MKX. I just mailed them the title to the Lexus when we got home. Maybe four hours is an average time to select, test drive, haggle and settle on a financed purchase - but we do really love the MKX, and don't have to worry about the Lexus any more. More
Happy with our Certified Used Lincoln We received great help. They had a good selection of certified used cars. We found the one we liked. They fought hard but I still got a good deal. I would give less than 1 star if it was an option. I bought my car here and bought the extra warranty and the whole 9 yards. I bring my car in because I need to change my brakes but couldn't get the lu I bought my car here and bought the extra warranty and the whole 9 yards. I bring my car in because I need to change my brakes but couldn't get the lug nuts off because the sales man said they put brand new tires on it but never gave me a key for the lug nuts. they still wouldn't saying that I'd need to buy my own. Then they said my car would be done by 7 and never got a call saying it was done so I tried calling them several times at several of their different numbers to check and see if my car was done but no one answered so I drove quite a distance to pick up my car. By this time it's 7:45 and they don't even know where my car is or even if everything has been done with it. Very very frustrating, disappointed and will never recommend this place to anyone! More

Service Department lost my keys! Do not take your car to be serviced here! I took my car for an oil change and they lost my keys but did not say anything until I went to check on wha Do not take your car to be serviced here! I took my car for an oil change and they lost my keys but did not say anything until I went to check on what was taking so long! They finally made me a new key the next day. They promised to detail it because of the inconvenience. I took it in to be detailed and after 2 hours they just washed the outside. The inside was not even vacuumed. Their customer service is horrible and I will NEVER have my car serviced or buy another car from a Larry H Miller Dealership. More

On the Internet, prices looked good with incentives of 0% APR, and other incentatives. After spending hours at the dealership today we found out all it was is smoke and mirrors. The sales staff were rude, didn't seem to care about a buyer, and actually would not give our car keys back that they were looking at as a trade until being told three times. All they did is go from one person to another with pricing that we told them the first time my son could not afford it. It was a 2.5 hour waste, and if you heed this dont waste your time going there. I will never step foot into this dealership again, and will advise all friends to shop elsewhere. This is the definition you hear of horrible car sales. More

The salesman found out what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay for it. Each Sales Manager that I came in contact with that day was excited and seemed to want to help. When it came down to the decision of whether I'd be purchasing that day they were more than willing to negotiate a good deal. All in all I feel like I got a great deal and the sales folks were able to provide me with the great deal I was looking for. I didn't go on there to purchase anything but at the end of the day I ended up leaving with a great deal and a place where I would purchase a vehicle again. More
not happy! we spent hours at this dealership and told them up front that we had an online price/vehicle in mind. we showed them the price, test drove the car, g we spent hours at this dealership and told them up front that we had an online price/vehicle in mind. we showed them the price, test drove the car, got a price for our trade-in - then when we said yes, they all of a sudden got the manager and he said they wouldn't honor that online price. we spent hours here. they should've honored that price - especially since we showed them right off what we had found online. i do have to say that our salesman was very nice and not pushy - i felt bad for him, cuz it wasted his time as well. you would've thought they would've tried to make it good for us somehow. our last 2 vehicles have been fords - i am highly disappointed with them!!! More
